Nice place in a good location. Quite area with lots of food options in the area. Frenchy was great with communications. House has some age but very clean and good amenities. Perfect for our group of 4 to attend spring training.

Clean and Spacious

It was a great, quiet location with lots of room to spread out. It could probably use a morning with a handyman but was just what we needed.

Horrible

Worst experience. When I booked the house I informed the owner that I only put one guest by mistake and that there was more people then stated. She informed me that it was ok. Also one of are kids and adults went to the bay and was on private property but didn’t know it. So the police got called and they were told that it was private property that they needed to leave. So the owner message me at 12:30am stating that we need to leave due to the police getting called and that there was only supposed to be one adult in the house. Also none of the rooms looked like any of the pictures it was completely different. The owner didn’t state there was a pool but the pictures stated there was. Also two of the rooms had ac vents but where still very hot know matter what we put the ac on. There was a man leaving in a shake in the back yard without informing us and watching everything we were due. To be honest we were really freaking out about that situation due to we have small kids. The guy was also using the same trash can as us.

Why they chose this property

This property is incredibly convenient to all you want to do in Florida. As you go across the causeway (Route 60), you are going over Tampa Bay. You will turn off of route 60 to a quiet neighborhood where your new home is located. You are 2 blocks from Tampa Bay, with a park 1 house away behind you. There is kayak access just 2 blocks away, as well. We are 11 miles from Tampa airport and 8 miles from Clearwater Beach.

What makes this property unique

You are so close to Tampa Bay, airport and Clearwater Beach. You can put kayak in just down the road. We have restaurants and stores and malls within a few miles.
