Located less than two miles from the white sand beaches of Indian Shores this well appointed spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath house with garage and enough Parking for a boat and/ or RV. The boat ramp to launch your boat is just under a mile away on the intracostal waterway. Madeira Beach, Sand Key and Clearwater beach as well as beaches in between are easily accessible via beach trolley. This home sleeps 6 has a large open kitchen, two living rooms and an air conditioned lanai perfect for relaxing. The Lanai leads out to a lovely backyard perfect for pets or for evening cookouts after a day on the water. The house is fully furnished with comfortable furniture and all the kitchen amenities of home, including an air fryer, coffee maker, even kid dishes and utensils.

We recently stayed at this property in St. Pete Beach and unfortunately found it to be very poorly maintained. Several basic items were broken or in disrepair: the microwave number pad didn’t work, the water heater leaked from the bottom, and the main toilet ran constantly. Water pressure in the main bath was extremely low, and multiple doors had broken faces—including the bathroom cabinet and the door between the bedroom and living room.The shower door in the main bath was a poor design and barely opened without hitting the toilet, and it wouldn’t close fully. The bottom drawer in the bathroom couldn’t open because it hit the door trim. Paint was peeling off the bathroom wall, and the shared guest bathroom was dirty when we arrived—the sink, tub, ceiling vents, and even the toilet needed cleaning. Overall, the unit did not appear to have been cleaned well before our stay.The front blinds were broken, the sheers were ripped, and there weren’t enough towels or washcloths for the number of guests the unit can host. The outdoor grounds were also not well kept and felt uninviting.The one positive is that the unit has plenty of floor space, but it’s aged and very unkept. With better maintenance and cleaning, this could be a much nicer stay.
