Great place to stay

Half a block walk to a very attractive and uncrowded beach. Large, comfortable and quiet fenced patio in the rear. Paul is an excellent host!

Great Location

Steps to probably the most beautiful beach in the Hamptons. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, as did the dogs. We will definitely be back.

Great long weekend

House was small, but had all the things needed for a good beach vacation. Large outdoor space. Host was super responsive. Location was great for the beach, but also to the town, restaurants, etc...

Amagansett getaway cottage

This was the perfect cottage style getaway. We spent 10 days here and the proximity to the beach and town was super convenient and made the vacation a seamless stay. Communication with the host was flawless and would definitely stay here again in the future and highly recommend to others! Gerard

61 Mako Lane beach house

The cozy beach cottage is in a perfect location! It's a short walk to the beach and is close to shops as well. The house has a large outdoor space in the back and the gas barbecue was great! The host thoughtfully provided local shop and restaurant suggestions and was gracious throughout our stay.

Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay. First bedroom is very large while second is much smaller, more ideal for kids but the bottom bunk is a full bed which helps. Outdoor area is great for BBQ. Proximity to the beach is unmatched. The kitchen is a bit limited if you are planning to be there for longer than a few days but adequate for simple purposes. Grill was in excellent shape and had a fresh tank of propane. Paul was extremely responsive and attentive as a host.

Late summer weekend

Cute bungalow in a fantastic location - very close to a lovely private beach. Close to town and farm stands a well. Superb location. One note- the second bedroom does not have airconditioning- fans are provided but could get warm if outside temps are high.

Perfect Beach Accessibility

Everything you need

Spent the weekend with my two kids (3 and 5). They loved the bunk room and backyard. Fully stocked with everything we needed, including beach gear, towels, and toys. 1 block to the private beach. Felt like a real beach vacation and I loved it. Owner was easy to reach, friendly, and flexible. Highly recommend!

Incredible location a& host communication

Hands down best rental we’ve ever had. Location was incredibly close to a private beach, host was impeccable with communicating and super accommodating with everything you need for a beach stay. Will be back for sure again soon!

Perfect Amagansett Dunes Cotttage for Small Family or Friends

This property is excellent if walking to beach and enjoying all that Amagansett offers is your priority. Fully renovated with great outdoor space. Stylish decor. Half block walk to beach for this price point is an amazing opportunity. One mile to Amagansett village plus easy access to East Hampton. Montauk and Sag Harbor for meals and shopping. The owners are very thoughtful, communicative and helpful about the house and recommendations for dinners, groceries, etc. but also not overbearing....they let you enjoy your vacation. This house is the perfect old school Amagansett Dunes house for a small family or several friends looking for a low key time at the beach with easy access via car or uber to other great Hamptons locations. A true gem in Amagansett.

Wonderful stay!

My husband and I rented this property with our two sons (ages 2 and 4) and I am 5 months pregnant. The location, beach, and neighborhood were amazing and the house was adorable—a true beach cottage—it was a perfect vacation property for our family and had everything we could need! Check in, booking and property questions and communication was seamless. Thank you for a wonderful stay and experience!!!
