Welcome to our cottage "Roussanne", ideally located in the peaceful village of Saint-Pierre-des-Champs, only a few minutes from the medieval city of Lagrasse. Nestled in a green setting, this little corner of paradise is perfect for offering you peace and serenity.
From our ideal location, explore the riches of the Corbières and the Cathar Country, between picturesque hikes, historical sites and outdoor activities.

Your accommodation:

The "Roussanne" cottage is a cosy nest ideal for a solo or duo getaway. Located on the ground floor of a quiet house surrounded by a large garden with trees, it is accessible by an independent external staircase.

Inside, you will benefit from:

• a living room giving direct access to the terrace, tastefully furnished, bright and comfortable with its equipped kitchen and dining table
• a welcome kit awaits you and an additional welcome gift for a full week
• a warm room with a queen size bed (160x200 cm) and its en-suite bathroom and
• fast Wi-Fi connection, reversible air conditioning and a ceiling fan in the bedroom.

Outside, you will take full advantage of:

• a spacious private terrace (± 16 m²), covered and furnished, not overlooked, ideal for a moment of relaxation, reading or an aperitif in front of nature,
• an electric plancha for your outdoor grills,
• a magnificent shared swimming pool (maximum 10 people), nestled in a setting of
garrigue. The swimming pool is open from June to September (and sometimes from mid-but until mid-October depending on the weather), with deckchairs available and umbrellas for all,
• the vast Chant des Pierres estate, offering direct access to many hiking trails, and
• a private car park and a closed garage for your bikes or motorbike.

Practical services:
A washing machine (and a dryer outside the summer) is at your disposal if necessary, as well as outdoor drying racks for laundry.
Linen is provided (sheets, bath towels, pool and river towels, kitchen towels)

Traveller access:

The "Le Chant des Pierres" estate is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in the immediate vicinity of the village church. You can access the gîte by car and we will guide you to park.

Important information:

• From the last week of June to the 1st week of Sept., the gîte is available for weekly stays, from Saturday to Saturday (arrival from 4 pm and departure for max. 11 am)
• The rest of the year: Book for a minimum of 3 nights, with flexibility on the arrival and departure daysPGJyPgPGJyPg
