Making Memories Resort is perfect for you! The large corner 3 bed, 2 bathroom top floor condo is in the beautiful gated Windsor Palms. It’s split floor plan is perfect for traveling with family or friends. It is close to all the parks and attractions, shopping, and dining.

Please note, there is no elevator access to the condo and it is not wheelchair accessible. 10% off for US active military or veterans with valid ID.

Our corner third floor condo is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need to make your stay here feel like you are at home, including a fully private screened in lanai. It is newly painted with brand new floors! It has 3 bedrooms: a King Master Suite with a brand new chandelier/ceiling fan and a private bath, a room with two twin beds and new fan, and another Master bedroom with a brand new Queen bed and chandelier/ceiling fan.
Each room has a TV, brand new full size washer & dryer, free WiFi and free parking. Our home sleeps 6 comfortably and a max of 8 people and has keyless entry for easy check in.

A Ring doorbell is also installed for added security (please note tampering with or intentionally blocking this camera will result in a fine as well as terminating your stay without a refund).

RESORT ENTRY INFO REQUIRED:

This gated resort manned 24/7 with security system in place. Therefore, once you book, you will need to provide us with the full names of all of the potential drivers in your party, which we will enter into the gate system. Only owners can enter these names, the attendants cannot and will not do this for you when you are at the gate. IDs will be checked against this list upon arrival and a guest pass will be issued for your vehicle to display on your dash for the length of your stay. (Passes cannot be shared between people/vehicles. Each will need their own pass.). IDs that do not match the names on the list or names that are absent from the list will be denied entry. If you are using Uber/Lyft or other public transportation, we will need to know all of the adult names in your party to add to the guest list.

PARKING & COMMUNITY RULES:

Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. For the comfort of everyone, please refrain from excessive noice during this time (if there are noise issues in the area during quite hours, please contact the gate house for the roving security or sheriff’s department if the community’s roving security is off duty). Plenty of parking is available for guests free of charge right outside the condos. Overflow parking can park at the clubhouse which is a short walk away from our place. Street parking or parking on the grass is not allowed, nor blocking sidewalks. No parking on any street between 10 pm to 7 am seven days a week. Parking on the street where possible, is allowed for a maximum period of 2 hours between the hours of 7 am - 10 pm.

Commercial vehicles, vehicles wrapped or printed with advertising, RVs of any size, trailers, boats, or anything towed, etc. are not allowed to park ANYWHERE inside Windsor Palms. Please make separate arrangements at a local lot for parking these types vehicles. If any of these types of vehicles are found within the community, you will be towed, fined and/or asked to leave without a refund.

NO SMOKING/VAPING:

No smoking or vaping allowed (including balcony and hallways). Smoking is only allowed 3 flights down in the parking lot away from the buildings.

CLEANING/TRASH:

Cleaning fee $150 for each reservation ($125 for short stays). Cleaning will take place before check-in, be throughly done by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. There will not be a daily housekeeping service, however, mid stay cleaning service can be requested for an additional fee. All trash must be placed inside the bin which is located outside the condo (next to door). There is a pick up service included that will collect the trash from the bin daily. There will be a trash disposal fee of $100 added to your reservation if trash is left in the condo after check out date. Do not use the trash compactor on the property. It is not for the condos. If you use the compactor, you will be charged $100 each time.

INSPECTION/FEES:

$300 fully refundable security deposit hold will be placed on each reservation and reissued 7 days after stay, as long as no damage or violation of rules.

When a guest checks out, the unit will be inspected by our management company. If any damage not previously reported is found, the cost to fix or replace the damaged part shall be billed to the guest. The guest will be charged for the full amount for fixing or replacing the damaged part and/or item. Same goes for any missing furniture or decor. Any usage of security deposit will be communicated between the parties prior to usage.

If evidence of parties/pets/smoking/vaping is found, an additional $180 rush deep cleaning fee will be charged as well as terminating your stay without a refund. Tampering with or intentionally blocking the ring Doorbell camera or owner’s closet will result in a fine as well as terminating your stay without a refund. There will be no refunds due to weather problems or early check-out.
