The accommodation consists of an open-plan kitchen overlooking the TV lounge with WIFI and is equipped with all the necessary appliances to make you feel at home: ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, filter and pod coffee maker (DOLCE GUSTO), dishwasher, toaster, kettle, citrus press,…. A bathroom and toilet complete the rental.



For maximum comfort, the following are at your disposal: a washing machine, an additional refrigerator, a hair dryer, garden furniture (tables, chairs, sun loungers, parasol, hammock) and a bicycle storage room.



Two secure parking spaces are reserved for you.

Household linen is offered as an option, depending on your desired comfort level. Ordered linen is provided upon your arrival for the entire duration of your stay, with no possibility of replacement, and cleaning during your stay is outside our scope of services.



The tourist tax is added to the rental amount and must be paid before your stay.



Depending on the platform used to book your stay, a deposit may be required in the form of a pre-authorisation on your bank card at the time of final payment. This amount will not be charged and will be automatically cancelled after your departure, provided that no damage has been found.
