L'Océan, house with enclosed garden

Welcome to L'Océan,

. Come enjoy a peaceful stay in this charming house with its enclosed garden—safe for children and a delight for adults. It also boasts an ideal location, just about 500 metres from Arromanches Beach.
H’Elo Conciergerie will be at your service throughout your stay.

You’ll enter the house through the kitchen/living room area, where you’ll find a dining table (please note that the TV doesn’t work), a sofa, and a seating area.
The living room opens onto the garden and terrace through a French door.
The fully equipped kitchen includes:

- Refrigerator/freezer
- Electric hob
- Microwave
- Filter coffee maker
- Electric kettle
- Toaster
- Dishwasher
- Washing machine
- Dryer

There is also the first bedroom with a 140cm double bed. This room has a door leading to the outside of the house.

The bathroom with a shower and toilet is also on the ground floor.

On the ground floor of the house:
- a bedroom with a 140cm double bed 
- a bedroom with a sofa bed (a pull-out sofa suitable for 1 adult or 2 children; you’ll need to bring your own bedding for this bed) and an office where you can work in peace by closing the door.

You can use the garage to store your motorcycle or bicycles, but you cannot park your car there.
The garden is enclosed and consists of a lawn and a patio.

Included: linens (except for the sofa bed), Wi-Fi

A welcome kit containing a roll of toilet paper, a sponge, dish soap, and a trash bag will be waiting for you in the accommodation.
For the rest of your stay, you’ll need to purchase your own supplies.

You’ll have access to the entire apartment and all its amenities.
You’ll receive a set of keys.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM at the latest.

A key box is available on-site in case of late arrival.
Please note that you will not be able to park your vehicle in the garage.

Tracy-sur-Mer is a French commune located in the Calvados department in the Normandy region. It is situated on the English Channel coast, near the World War II D-Day landing beaches. The town is known for its history tied to the Allied landings in Normandy in 1944 and attracts many visitors interested in this historical period. Tracy-sur-Mer also boasts a picturesque coastal landscape and offers opportunities for hiking and relaxation by the sea.

The house is located at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac.

You can park in the free public car park right in front of the house.
