Everything was absolutely perfect. The house was wonderfully equipped and so convenient to everything we wanted to see in Normandy. There were plenty of great restaurants within walking distance, but still so close to Bayeux if you want more options.
Host and property were excellent. House and setting were very inviting. Location was wonderful. Everything we needed was there and perfect for the 5 of us. The Sunday market was spectacular! We highly recommend this property and would stay here again!
A sweet home with anything you could need. Evident much thougt went into the decor to rflect the sea and harbor.Regina met us ar check-in and reviewed all the essentials.Literally on the harbor and enjoyed warching the activity and coming/going of the fishing boats. Shops andrestaurants in both directions. Fabulous Sunday market literally outside the front door.Regina was a wonderful responsive host.Highly recommend for multiple folk or family with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Would definitely return. Thank you, Regina
A delightful cottage in a building right on the fishing port which has been owned by the same family for three generations that we know of. It has been extensively updated, and is light and clean. You enter on the ground floor with a garage, laundry room, shower room, and toilet. Up one flight of stairs to the kitchen/living/dining room, and the master bedroom and bathroom. Up one more flight of stairs to two more bedrooms, (and possibly a bathroom - we honestly can't remember because we didn't use the third floor). There is plenty of parking right on the waterfront except on Sunday when the farmers' market is in full swing and the road is closed to parking. There are restaurants, bakeries, and shops right outside the door. A wonderful location to watch the fishing boats come and go. This was historically the fishmonger's house, and it has many nautical characteristics like the portholes in a couple of interior doors. We can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay here.
Superb location, market right outside on Friday night and Sunday morning. Quiet area, parking easy, great places to eat. Just loved the town…. Would highly recommend…
The house was perfect location for our trip visiting beaches and museum's. It was clean and very well equiped with everything we needed and Regine was lovely and friendly.
The location is absolutely perfect. The restaurants are fabulous with many options. Regine is a gracious and responsive hostess. We lived our stay here.
Fantastic position, right on the harbour, with shops (bakery, fish market, small supermarket) and good restaurants all within easy walking distance. Parking was easy right outside, but we did use the garage. Further afield there was lots to see. Bayeux is close by, while we visited Arromanches-les-Bains and Pegasus Bridge, plus the German battery at Longues-sur-Mer. This was not a planned ‘D-day’ visit but it really gripped (and moved) me.
One of the best rentals I’ve ever had. The house is immaculate and modern, Regine is a gracious host. Everything was top notch. The Sunday farmers market right outside was a treat. Watching the fishing boats from the dining table was therapeutic. Several bistros, a small supermarket and patisseries within shouting distance. My family and I absolutely loved this place and it will be my location of choice every time I return to Normandy.
This was my third time to stay at this property. I think that says it all!!! It is an outstanding place to stay.

The property was just as described. Regine arrived to let us in and showed us the house. Very comfortable and pretty. Excellent location in the center of the village that made for easy strolling to restaurants and shops.
Régine and Philippe have a very special place here!
We loved it and would and hope to return. Everything was perfect and so well supplied. The location is beautiful. We loved overlooking the fishing boats. It was so peaceful. Access to the D-Day beaches was easy and close.

The location is gorgeous and the house was perfect. Regine the host was very welcoming and had provided everything we could possibly need. Close to restaurants, bars and of course patisseries. Would love to return. Thank you Regine.
We had an excellent stay in this spacious, well-equipped and well-located apartment. The unit was very quiet with 2 of the 3 bedrooms facing the back of the property. And there were no noise issues with enjoying the twin-bed room at the front of the unit. There are many restaurants within a 5-minute walk of the front door, as well as a bakery and an ice-cream shop. The hostess was very responsive and friendly. Great location for visiting the sites associated with the Omaha Beach landings in 1944. Highly recommended and would absolutely stay there again.
This house was just perfect for our weekend with 2 friends and the central location was just the right position to reach many of the WW2 museums and beaches so well worth extending our drive from Calais. We loved the view of the harbour and the experience of the Sunday market right outside our door. The house is very well equipped, comfortable and exceptionally clean. There are several good restaurants and shops very close by. Our host was very helpful and welcoming and the whole weekend was very memorable and thought provoking. Museum at Aromanches and Dead Man’s corner both well worth a visit.
The property and the town were charming. The house was perfect for the six of us. Clean and well appointed. Excellent location for visiting the Normandy beaches. The town is a picturesque fishing village. Restaurants, bars and grocery all within very short walking distance.
