It is air conditioned and features 3 bedrooms with generous space for 6 people. A special highlight is the brand new, large pool with an extra area with stone benches – here is the best place to cool down and enjoy a glass of wine .

The covered barbecue area with outdoor kitchen next to the pool is ideal for an evening barbecue.

Es nuestro segundo año y esperamos volver a repetir.Esta muy bien cuidada y equipada.Pedro es muy amable,este año nos pillo días de mucho calor que era casi imposible dormir(al menos para nosotros) le pedimos un ventilador y en nada nos lo acerco. Es muy recomendable

Acabo de pasar en esta casa unos días con la familia y ha sido genial. Algunos detalles que Pedro se encargo de subsanar enseguida (normal la primera de la temporada. Nada de importancia) todo genial. Si algo tendría que Sugerir a Pedro es que no vendría mal ventiladores de techo ya que hace bastante calor y con un aire se queda pobre. Volveremos el año que viene si Dios quiere.

Zum zweiten Mal und gerne wieder!

Das Haus liegt günstig in Ortsrandlage, man ist zu Fuß in 10 Min auf dem Markt oder im Mercadonna und in 20 Minuten im Zentrum. Casa Pedro ist sauber, hat einen schönen Pool und einen überdachten Grillbereich mit Spüle und extra Kühlschrank für z.B. Getränke. Die Küche ist vernünftig ausgestattet, die Betten sind bequem, TV Klimaanlage und WLAN funktionieren einwandfrei. Zwei Sachen könnte man noch verbessern: Ein Couchtisch fehlt und Mückengitter wären prima. Ansonsten, alles bestens! Sr. Pedro ist sehr nett und wenn etwas fehlt, ist er 10 Minuten später vor Ort um für Abhilfe zu sorgen. Die Buchung über Casa Conil lief unkompliziert und reibungslos. Wir kommen gerne im kommenden Jahr wieder!

Laut Navigation hatten wir unser Ziel erreicht,es waren aber noch locker 600 m.

Pedro nahm uns sehr nett in Empfang,die Casa war sehr sauber und es war soweit alles vorhanden was man so benötigt.Ein Highlight war sehr gepflegte Pool. Auch der Grill und Kühlschrank im Außenbereisch waren einfach Perfekt.Hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit.Casa Pedro ist empfehlenswert. dort ver

Casa Pedro ist einfa...

Casa Pedro ist einfach, sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Für Hobbyköche empfehlen wir scharfe Messer und Brettchen mitzunehmen. Wir haben vor Ort einige Sachen gekauft (Mörser, Kochlöffel, Brotkorb, Gläser, Blumenvase, Tonschalen etc) und hier gelassen. Ein grosses Plus ist die ortsnahe Lage und der grosse Kühlschrank draussen, den wir für Getränke genutzt haben. Der gepflegte Pool ist gross, sauber und wird regelmäßig gereinigt. Die ersten 2 bis 3 Tage hat uns der Verkehrslärm der direkt am Haus vorbeiführenden, viel befahrenen Straße gestört, Danach hatten wir uns daran gewöhnt und es überwiegte die Freude darüber, dass man zu Fuß bequem in 15 Minuten im Ort ist. Die Betten sind prima und der Fernseher funktioniert einwandfrei. Was gefehlt hat, ist ein kleiner Couchtisch. Wir haben kurzerhand die Wäschetonne umfunktioniert und diese als Beistelltisch genutzt :). Wir wurden morgens vom Vogelgezwitscher geweckt und konnten uns an den Früchten des schönen Zitronenbaums im Garten bedienen. Alles in allem haben wir es uns gemütlich gemacht und uns wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Buena estancia

El alojamiento está cerca de todo lo q se necesita: supermercados, farmacias, centro salud...para ir a la playa se precisa coche. Pedro, el propietario, estuvo pendiente de todo lo q nos hizo falta y fue muy amable.

Die Unterkunft hat u...

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Vor allem von dem Pool waren wir überrascht, der doch größer ist als er zunächst auf den Fotos wirkt. Der Vermieter vor Ort, Pedro, ist sehr nett und zeigte sich sehr flexibel. Aufgrund einer Flugverspätung konnten wir uns per whatsapp verständigen und wurden auch um 2 Uhr morgens herzlich empfangen. Die Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer lief einwandfrei. Das Haus hatte eine gute Aufteilung mit drei Schlafzimmern. Insgesamt war die Ausstattung relativ schlicht gehalten, aber alles war vorhanden. Der zusätzliche Kühlschrank draußen war goldwert. Auch wenn das Grundstück sehr lichtdurchflutet ist, haben wir immer wieder ein Schattenplätzchen gefunden, sie es hinter dem Haus auf einer kleinen Terrasse oder unter dem Dach. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen das Haus jederzeit gerne weiter.

Super Ferienhaus - toller Urlaub!

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Vor allem der Pool ist großartig und überraschte, weil er doch größer ist als er auf den Fotos wirkte (bis zu 1,60 m Tiefe). Die Ausstattung im Haus selbst ist eher spartanisch aber dennoch ausreichend für alles. Das Außengelände bietet zu jeder Tageszeit ein schattiges Plätzchen, sei’s hinterm Haus, auf der kleinen Terrasse, unter dem Vordach oder am Pool. Die Lage des Hauses ist genial. So kann man gut zu Fuß in die Altstadt gehen, ist in 15-20 Minuten dort und auch einen Strand, Entfernung knapp 2 km, könnte man noch zu Fuß erreichen (aber als Familie mit viel Strandgepäck war das Auto doch die angenehmere Wahl). Auch mehrere Supermärkte (und andere Geschäfte, z.B. eine Apotheke) sind fußläufig gut erreichbar, darunter auch unter anderem ein Aldi, ein sehr großer Mercadona und ein kleiner El Jamón Supermarkt. Der Verwalter vor Ort, Pedro, war sehr nett und äußerst zuvorkommend; so hat er uns auch noch um 2:00 Uhr morgens bei unserer Ankunft aufgrund einer Flugverspätung herzlich aufgenommen und in das Haus gelassen. Wir bedanken uns und empfehlen diese Unterkunft in jedem Fall weiter.

Conil 2022

Das Haus mit dem Pool ist schön und auch außen mit der Sitzecke toll. Leider liegt es an einer viel befahrenen Straße und in der Umgebung wohnen viele Spanier, die Hühner halten und dadurch früh morgens die Hähne krähen. Auch eine Investition in Besteck und Geschirr könnte nicht schaden. Aber wir haben eine schöne Woche verbracht und würden das Haus auch wieder buchen.

De woning heeft 3 slaapkamers, maar de badkamer is te klein voor 6 personen. Voor ons tweetjes was het ok. Zwembad prima en 2 x per week onderhoud door de verhuurder. Ligt buiten het centrum ( op een halfuurtje loopafstand) aan redelijk drukke doorgaande weg. Was onze 5x keer in Conil. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar

Alojamiento ideal

La casa es ideal para una estancia vacacional, gran piscina, barbacoa, solarium, el interior de la vivienda de estilo rústico pero equipado con lo necesario. Ubicación en las proximidades de los supermercados. Para ir a las playas, desplazamiento obligatorio en coche. Lo mejor está apartado del núcleo urbano y playas, descansas tranquilo y si quieres fiesta te desplazas a buscarla.

A fantastic holiday

The owner was there to meet us on arrival and spent some time to explain the property and the area in general. The garden area is lovely, the pool is small but perfect, especially the seating area. Just one small point to mention is even though the property accepts dogs, they are not allowed in the pool. My dog had broken her foot the day before our holiday so was unable to but had she not we had wanted to reach her to be more confident in the water. The BBQ area is great and the owner provided a new grill for it. The sunlounging area has plenty of sunloungers and a shade and you had a choice if sun or shade all day. The road is a little noisy but not enough to be overly disturbing. In the house the kitchen is well equipped and has a large fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. In the living room it would benefit from a second sofa as one sofa for an occupancy of six leaves it a bit short. The bedrooms are a nice size and the beds are the most comfortable I have slept on in a holiday rental, fantastic. The bathroom had everything that is needed. Aldi is a ten minute walk away and the beach is very close too. The property is very well presented and was spotlessly clean. We had a lovely relaxing week and would recommend it to our friends and family. Thankyou ☺️

Super Urlaub!

Waren im September´2019 11 Tage Gast im Casa Pedro. Mit 4 Personen belegt war das Haus perfekt, wegen nur einem Bad würde es bei 6 Urlaubern schon mal eng werden obwohl 3 Schlafzimmer vorhanden sind. Ausstattung nicht gerade überbordend aber ausreichend. Das Highlight sicher der klasse Pool und die überdachte Grillecke mit großzügigem Kühlschrank. Der Besitzer, Señor Pedro, war super nett, kleinere Problemchen (Gasflaschen wurden leer) wurden nach Anruf sofort erledigt. Zum Zentrum von Conil ist ein kleiner Spaziergang nötig was uns aber nie gestört hat, Supermärkte und Bäckereien ganz in der Nähe. Insgesamt absolut weiter zu empfehlen!

Todo muy bien

La casa estupenda muy cómoda, el porche sitio ideal, la piscina una gozada, solo diría q falta algo de menaje en la cocina y al borde de la carretera pero desde dentro y por la noche no se escucha y se descansa muy bien. Pedro el dueño muy amable y agradable siempre pendiente de todo. Gracias y espero podamos volver pronto
