New and modern and holiday home with large private pool for 4 persons Casa Manoli is a very nicely designed and high quality holiday home in Roche Viejo. The house was completed in 2016 and promises the perfect family holiday with the comfortable facilities and the pleasant large pool (4x8m). The beach of Fuente del Gallo is only about 1000m from the house.

Features:
Lounge with comfortable sofas, large TV with flat screen with spanish programs and also international satellite programs on request, air conditioning
Open kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge / freezer combination, ceramic hob etc. and all necessary kitchen utensils, dining area with chairs adjoining it
2 bedrooms, one with double bed (1.50 x 2,0 m) one with 2 single beds (90 cm wide), both with built-in wardrobes
Bath with shower, massage jets
Porch with dining table and chairs, on the pool terrace deck chairs and parasols. Here is also a brick barbecue.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Bei dem vielen Tourismus kann man dort in vollkommener Ruhe entspannen. Etwas störend waren die unzähligen Kellerasseln im Außenbereich morgens und abends. Diese Unterkunft kann man empfehlen.

Hemos pasado dos semanas un matrimonio con dos niños. La situación de la casa es muy buena, la zona es tranquila, pero está muy cerca de todo. La casa es tal y como se ve en las fotos. Es preciosa, esta muy limpia y con todo lo necesario... Nosotros tenemos claro que repetiremos...!!

Marzo. 2024. Casa con piscina muy bonita. En cuanto a la limpieza superficialmente bien, pero cafetera, tostador, microondas, frigorífico, menaje de cocina, etc. bastante mejorable, Todos ellos sucios y algunos de ellos con óxido . La propietaria se ofreció a cambiarnos el tostador, microondas y batería de cocina, pero la solución llegaba tarde, Ya habíamos comprado elementos de batería de cocina para poder utilizarlos en nuestra estancia. Barbacoa. Parrillas oxidadas y muy estropeado. No me agrada poner estos comentarios negativos, pero no se puede entregar un alojamiento sin revisarlo y sin estar en perfectas condiciones. Y por último he de decir que tengo fotos que demuestran lo que he descrito.

A mediados de junio estuvimos una semana en esta casita y todo fue estupendo. Es una casa que tiene todo lo que puedes necesitar para sentirte como en casa; no falta utensilio alguno en la cocina, en el baño… la casa es perfecta y los dueños encantadores, dispuestos a ayudar a pasar una vacaciones maravillosas! Zusammnefassung

Lage an der Straße nicht optimal. Betten waren durchgelegen. Küchenausstattung war nicht optimal, zum selber Kochen: (schlechte Messer, Schnellkochpßlatte defekt, keine Weingläser) Toilettenspülung war eingeschränkt, da das Zulaufventil (Schwimmerschalter) nicht immer funktionierte.

Als Quartier gut

Alles in allem gut und für den Aufenthalt zweckmäßig. Wir waren jeden Tag unterwegs, insofern war die Unterkunft für uns völlig ausreichend. Alles war sauber, die wichtigsten Dinge vorhanden (ein Wasserkocher und/oder Toaster wäre vllt. nicht schlecht) und der Pool schön zur Abkühlung. Das Haus ist nicht weit von Conil entfernt, daher gab es auch keine Probleme mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wer eine Unterkunft direkt in einer landschaftlich schönen Umgebung sucht, wird hier aber nicht fündig. Auch die Lage an einer doch stark frequentierten Straße ist nichts für ausschließlich Ruhesuchende. Vor allem nachts kann es echt nervig sein, wenn hier aufdrehende Motorräder und Mofafahrer meinen, ihre Zweiräder austesten zu müssen und dann der direkte Nachbar um 3:45h brüllend mit der Polizei droht. Die Betten im „Kinderzimmer“ sollten evtl. mit neuen Matratzen ausgerüstet werden. Für Kinder wohl noch ausreichend, aber für Erwachsene nicht mehr zu empfehlen. Wie gesagt, da wir jeden Tag eigentlich gar nicht da waren, war die Unterkunft geeignet, Preis/Leistung damit voll erfüllt, aber für einen entspannten Aufenthalt im Anwesen würden wir es nicht empfehlen. Die Kommunikation sollte am besten mit der Agentur durchgeführt werden, ohne Spanischkenntnisse hat man sonst mit der Verwalterin ein kleines Problem, da diese kein Wort Englisch versteht.

Danke für den Kommentar, wir bitten um Entschuldigung - die erwähnten Dinge gehören normalerweise ins Haus. Wir werden die Verwalter entsprechend informieren - auch dass die Matratzen ausgetauscht werden müssen. Zur Lage- da kann man leider nichts ändern, wir haben ja darauf hingewiesen. Allerdings ist da die Sichtweise sehr unterschiedlich.

Great location, superb villa

Casa Manoli, is a great little villa ideal for 2 to 4 people, very clean and excellent position to explore the Frontera area. The pool and outside area is marvellous and gets the sun all day. Communication with rental company was easy and they were very accommodating with early entry. Five Stars, definitely recommend this place!!!

Great little holiday rental!

Well equipped holiday bungalow, everything is thought about. Neat, tidy and well kept… bbq, pool and only a couple of Km’s to the most beautiful, open, vast beach. Love that there is an adjoining mirror image bungalow that could also be rented if you have a larger party. Thank you for allowing us to come with our dog. Would recommend. :)

Este alojamiento es casi perfecto. Es nuevo moderno, limpieza perfecta. La piscina es una maravilla. Los propietarios muy amables y muy accesibles. Siempre queriendo mejorar. Le falla solo que la cocina no es inducción y es muy lenta.
