The modern holiday home Casa Manteca was recently completed and offers a private pool and excellent facilities. The area is an insider tip for those who want to spend their holidays in peace with the family. The beautiful location in the hills surrounding Conil seems almost Tuscan, but the village of Conil is only 3 km away and the small street village 'Casa de Postas' is only a good kilometre away.
Details:
- 2 bedrooms, one with double bed, 150 cm wide, one with 2 single beds. Here an extra bed is possible.
- fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, induction hob, refrigerator with large freezer compartment, microwave, coffee (capsule) machine, etc. and all necessary kitchen utensils.
- lounge with corner sofa, dining table with chairs, TV with Spanish and international satellite programs, WiFi Internet free of charge
- Bathroom with modern, large shower
- covered terrace with table and chairs
On the pool terrace are garden loungers and other furniture available.
The entrance to the property is through a large rolling gate. In front of the house there are safe parking spaces for at least 2 cars.

Quite and nice holiday house

We spent one nice week in this house. It is very well maintained and clean. You will find everything you need during your stay. To the beach it cakes around 10 min by car and shopping opportunities are nearby. Owners are very nice and approachable. stay in the house

Erholsamer Urlaub

Das Casa Manteca ist ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus außerhalb von Conil gelegen. Der Pool ist super. Leider hatten wir über ein Wochenende, gegenüber von uns, junge Spanier die nur an Party machen waren. Überlaute Musik von Morgens bis spät in die Morgenstunden war Programm. Einsichtig waren die jungen Leute nicht. Ansonsten war es ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub.

Es tut uns leid zu hören, dass Ihre Ruhe am Wochenende durch eine feierfreudige Nachbarschaft gestört wurde. Leider haben wir auf das Verhalten anderer Gäste in der Umgebung nur begrenzten Einfluss – dennoch nehmen wir solche Rückmeldungen sehr ernst und werden dann mit den Nachbarn reden.

Das Ferienhaus ist neuwertig, modern und sauber. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Man hat alles was man braucht. Das FH liegt ruhig auf dem Lande. Die Eigentümer sind aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit im Casa Manteca.

Einre schöne zeit

Toller und moderner Bungalow. Alles an moderner Ausstattung was man so im Urlaub braucht. Die Lage ist eine Feldrandlage mitten im grünen. Absolute Ruhe nur 2 Minuten mit dem Auto zum nächsten Dorf. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Un moment au calme

Nous avons adoré la villa elle est située en retrait de la ville mais a 5 minutes a peine. Entouré par les champs c'est un lieu agréable. Nous remercions nos hôtes pour leur gentillesse, leur accueil et leur disponibilité. Nous sommes ravis.

Hemos.estado en familia 4 personas y solamente puede decir que ha sido .una estancia inmejorable La casa tiene todo lo necesario para pasar los días que hagan falta . Cuidada al detalle , la zona exterior espectacular para pasar buenos momentos al sol , comer , tomar aperitivo ... Destacar la amabilidad de José Antonio y Ángela , un placer haberlos.conocido y un gran detalle de bienvenida con un vino muy rico Recomendaremos la casa y si volvemos a Cádiz no dudaremos en volver a Casa Manteca Andoni, Susana Eider y Naroa

Très agréable maison. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut! La propreté est top! Dommage qu'il faille prendre la voiture pour tout déplacement. Les propriétaires sont très aimables et réactifs.

Inolvidables vacaciones

Casa preciosa,muy limpia, con todas las comodidades para unos días increíbles. La casa está equipada con todo lo necesario,no le falta nada. Detallazo de una botella de vino de la tierra,por los propietarios Angela Y Antonio muy amables y atentos. La casa está muy muy limpia,las camas comodisimas,está en el campo por lo que la tranquilidad para el descanso es absoluta, ni un ruido. Y q decir de la zona de piscina,barbacoa,porche ....simplemente espectacular!!!!!!! Una preciosa piscina,zona de tumbonas,sombrillas,porche con mesa y sillas,barbacoa, no le falta detalle!!. Para repetir,sin duda. Recomendaremos Casa Manteca a todo el mundo.

Erg fijne woning, maar voor ons te rustig en te ver afgelegen van centrum en strand Conil. Als je dit juist zoekt, is het een aanrader.

La casa muy limpia,nueva,acogedora,un sitio para desconectar y tener paz. Recomiendo la casa,pero también informo que hay que cuidarla como si fuera tuya. Feliz estancia a todos. Gracias
