The internet didn’t work and tv didn’t work then either. Made it more difficult with no internet to get stuff done for had to work from phones as had stuff on computer. Also it was pretty dirty for shower curtain, dishes, table, and bathrooms. A chair was broken that we told the host about as well as some of the outlets were dangerous as when you tried to plug in it went into wall.

We did not stay at this property, it does look nothing like the picture that Vrbo shows and it was not in a safe neighborhood… It was very disappointing and we decided to go elsewhere, but the property manager was fantastic

Our stay

All around exterior appearance of the property is very neglected. There are roaches in the house and the wi-fi connection was very poor. Disturbing outside noises in the middle of the night.

Dear Ms Vazquez, we have had many many q guests and you are the first one to state that was roaches in the house. We have the pest control company come in every month. I will let them know and have them come twice a month, however I never had a report from any guests on that. The exterior of the house is taken care by the association which has done a good job. This a family oriented neighborhood and also no one has complaint on that. Thank you

Very nice

Inside the house is very nice - nicely refurbished, nice trim, quiet, a washer and drier, plenty of housewares etc. There is a back yard that slopes down to the river and it gets the sun but it would be more attractive with repaving. The area is budget housing. A trip to the beach can take anywhere from 25 to 40 mins depending on traffic. We visited Deerfield and Pompano beaches - the sand was very soft, and the beach slopes so not suitable for long beach walks compared with a flat firm beach like Jacksonville. Restaurants: we did go to Ke'e Grill twice - very tasty.

We left a day early...

We left a day early. The cleanliness rating of 8 that was given was not what we experienced. It was a superficial cleaning, with the vent / light covers, shower floor, floor boards, doors, walls and rugs were gross.We were concerned that the smoke decectors weren't working as their covers were open, the exterior doors weren't a solid close and the front window looks like it was broken into.We went outback to see the "breath taking view of the water" and the backyard is very run down with now outside seating.I've stayed at several rentals and have never been so wrong in my judgment. I would not recommend staying here.The host was responsive prior to our stay but gave no apoligies.

Unclean and dangerous floors

There was a pair of dirty boxers just left in a drawer which shows they don’t fully clean the property. There were chunks of the flooring just peeling off and creating a safety hazard that lead to someone falling. Door has issues when unlocking and it took us 5 minutes to figure out when we arrived in the middle of the night. Would not stay again unless these conditions were different.

La propriété est dans un quartier calme et sécuritaire. Très propre, aucun insecte. Fidèle à la présentation faite sur le site Vrbo. Silmo est facilement accessible et solutionne rapidement et efficacement tout problème qui pourrait survenir. Lits supplémentaires et pour enfant prévu. Il est facile de rayonner vers les plages, commerces, restaurants et activités de Pompano Beach et des environs.

Awesome Property and Location

This was a great property. It is exactly as pictured. The location is close to everything you need with easy access to the highway for day adventures. Would 100% reccommend. There were 5 adults and 2 kids in our group and we were very comfortable.

Great for family stay

Property was extremely clean in a quite neighborhood. We had no issues during our stay. House fits comfortably 4 people, but there is space for larger families. Overall great experience.
