The entertainment area boasts both a poker table and pool table, creating the perfect setup for game nights. Thoughtfully furnished bedrooms provide plush bedding to ensure a restful night’s sleep after a day of fun.

Situated just 15 minutes from Clearwater Beach, The Belleair Estate offers easy access to the sugar-white sands and turquoise waters of one of Florida’s most iconic beaches. Whether you’re looking to unwind by the pool or explore the vibrant Gulf Coast, this home is a perfect getaway for families and friends alike.
- PETS: small pets allowed upon request and approval. Pet fee of $125 per pet will apply if approved.
- SMOKING: absolutely no smoking in the home. Smoking in the home will result in a $500 fine
- Ceremonies and events are prohibited at this property.
