The waterside lanai with AC offers tranquil, panoramic views with a pond that you can fish in. This home is 2100 sq feet, beautiful landscaping, The master bedroom offers a large walk in closet, private bath with dual sinks, lighted vanity and walk in shower. Two large guest bedrooms with loads of closet space - with new carpet and paint. Laundry center has office area. Come enjoy the resort lifestyle and all of the amenities in this wonderful 55+ community, Beautiful clubhouse, bocce ball, fitness center, horseshoes, library, two heated pools and 2 bicycles to ride and chairs an grill , umbrella for the beach and more!! Close to Mercato shopping center and a few short Miles to the Vanderbilt beach an Bontia beach , Barefoot beach and Wiggins pass!! A $50.00 background check has to be approved through our HOA. Per person staying.
