In the 44 m² apartment Kutter is everything to enjoy a relaxing holiday by the sea. The stylish apartment is located in direct location to the Baltic Sea. Breakfast with fantastic sea views is the motto here.
100% sea view in front of the door
The Baltic Sea beach is only about 20 meters away. The center of the exclusive Scharbeutz is about 1.3 km away and can be reached in about 15 minutes on the beautiful promenade.
Season beach chair included
On the opposite, fine sandy Haffkruger Baltic Sea beach is available during the Strandkorbsaison from 15. 05. - 15. 09. a beach chair free of charge (beach section No. 34).

2 rooms with separate sleeping area, comfortable couch with sleeping function and kitchen can accommodate 4 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. From the dining table you can watch the sea. Also located in the living area is a comfortable couch with sleeping function (1.60 width) for 2 persons. Furthermore, there is a separate sleeping area with a double bed. The bathroom was completely renovated in January 2016 and has a shower and a toilet.

Entertainment in the evening: A large LED flat-screen TV with cable invites you to exciting movie nights. Wi-Fi access and a stereo with radio / CD function are also part of Entertaiment.
