New construction family home at the base of Ragged Mountain.
Welcome to “The Deck”. Our house was built in 2020 and features an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and tons of natural light. The large kitchen with a walk-in pantry opens up to the living room with its 18 ft ceilings! From there you can walk out through the double sliders to the front deck. The front deck overlooks the stream that runs through the property and provides seasonal views to the trails on Ragged Mountain.
When it is time to settle down for the night, there are 3 bedrooms with queen sized beds and a fourth bunk room. In addition, the three full baths make this house perfect for two or three families to share.
The lowest level features two seating areas one with a TV, along with an air hockey and foosball table. The second floor includes a cozy loft area that features a TV with plenty of pillows for lounging after a long day of adventure.

One word amazing! This property is stunning clean and spacious a word to the wise if you are visiting in the summer months bring plenty of bug spray and keep those doors closed but otherwise I have no complaints my family and I had an amazing time here and we plan on coming back again!!!!
This home is absolutely gorgeous! Great location right by ragged mountain. Perfect for nature lovers and ski enthusiasts! The property manager was quick to respond to any questions I had, no issues at all. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
Our stay here was very nice. Everything is brand new and extremely clean. The space is huge, with 10 people we didn't even use the downstairs area at all.
The house is amazing! Loads of space, lots of sleeping options and beautifully decorated. Our group of 7 adults enjoyed sitting by the firepit, hanging in the cool basement, on the deck during the rainstorm and cooking/grilling meals in the well-appointed kitchen. Kelli was very responsive and an excellent host. A great option for adult and family weekends! Will absolutely return in the fall and next summer.
This home was a great place to hang out on the weekend. Has an open floor plan with plenty of room to spread out. Lots of beds and bedrooms to choose from. Definitely enjoyed the fire pit outside, the downstairs game room area and the big kitchen with an awesome island. Bathrooms were clean and nice. Overall great place to stay and Kelli was very responsive!
