Use of the boat launch is through the Blaisdell Lake Association. A daily fee is charged and boat inspection for invasive plants is needed.
Events or house parties are strictly prohibited. The garage is for storage only not for vehicles .

My wife and 2 sons stayed!!! What a great place!! The space was plenty, very clean, easy access to the TV and great WIFI. The location is perfect. My son attends Colby Sawyer, which is literally down the road!! We look forward to staying here again in the near future. THANKS!!

Great for a ski trip

Very close and easy drive to Sunapee Mountain. Garage was available to store our ski gear. House was perfect size for 3 friends. Host was very communicative and helpful. Great View of the lake as well.

Excellent!!!

The house exceeded all expectations. I can’t possibly say enough about this place. It’s perfectly located, perfectly clean, perfect layout. We didn’t have kids but had we, it would have felt extremely welcoming. Plenty of room, super clean, great temperature control inside, the bedding was top-notch, access to a grill…. Seriously awesome. The owners were excellent with communication. I’ve travelled the world and they, again, were top brass.

The place was clean on entry. Everything in the home was in good working order. All lights, TVs, etc worked well. Cooking in the kitchen was a joy with everything I needed to cook breakfast and heat up basic dinners. The beds were comfortable and the towels were soft. Doug was a great and responsive host. I’d stay again!

The cabin was clean, cozy and well-accommodated for our family of 4 during a ski vacation. The water was hot and full pressure which was greatly appreciated after a cold day on the slopes! We will likely book again in the summer to take advantage of the lake across the street!
