It is ideally located for excursions to the main tourist centres in the area, such as Perugia, Assisi, Deruta with its ancient pottery production and Todi with its medieval old town. In the beautiful, spacious and well-kept outdoor area (approx. 1,200 m²) there is the swimming pool (depth 1.5 m) with Roman steps, changing room and shower, a large terrace with a beautiful view of Assisi, an equipped pergola with wood-burning oven and barbecue, an equipped panoramic terrace for outdoor dining, an area with fruit trees and a mini football pitch with grass area. Distances: 13 km Perugia, 19 km Assisi, 30 km Lake Trasimeno with its beaches and islands. Fenced property with automatic entrance gate. Guests have 3 mountain bikes at their disposal (others can be hired on site for a fee). On request and for a fee: tasting of local products (wine, olive oil, cheese, honey and jam). Massages.
