4 bedroom gorgeous home in Berlin

Close to the city and yet quietly located in the southeast of Berlin, on the edge of a forest, this wonderful vacation home welcomes you on a beautiful natural plot. It is modern and comfortably furnished and offers space for a total of 8 vacation guests.

The vacation property has a spacious living room with a fireplace and fully equipped, integrated kitchen. From here you can directly access the large and open terrace overlooking the beautiful garden, which has high-quality garden furniture and a barbecue and offers you a cozy spot by the landscaped pond. Start the day on the terrace with a joint breakfast and let it end with a relaxing barbecue evening again.



The first floor also includes a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and an in-house sauna where you can warm up and relax on cooler days. Various books and games are at your disposal. Upstairs there are 3 more bedrooms, each with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub.



Trips to the vibrant city of Berlin are a must, but the surrounding beautiful lake area also offers you various recreational opportunities. Plan a trip with one of the many passenger ships or enjoy swimming fun at the Krummen Lanke, which is only 500 m away. A little further away (1.6 km) you will find a supervised swimming beach at Kleiner Müggelsee, which offers various restaurants.

Here between the Müggelspreewiesen and Klein- or Neu-Venedig, where the Spree forms a small delta of several branching channels, it is good to relax.

For cyclists, the R1 bike path is only 150 meters away. Bicycles can be rented on request.

Schönes Haus - ideal für 8 Personen. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Alle Extras müssen auch extra bezahlt werden (Feuerholz, Strom etc), aber dafür ist das Haus sehr praktisch

Sehr schön, aber Mücken im Frühjahr

Schön gelegen, gute Ausstattung, sehr guter Service, schönes Häuschen. Aber: Zumindest im Frühjahr sehr (!) viele Mücken im Wald (Mückennetze vor den Fenstern gottseidank vorhanden), Mückenschutz mitbringen! Aufenthalt nicht ganz günstig durch die Nebenkosten.

Pro: - Haus war sauber Contra: - Anfahrt schwierig - weit und breit ist nichts - viele Geräte im Haus sind defekt (Backofen, Lampen,…) - fehlende Kochutensilien (Schüsseln, Gemüseschäler, scharfe Messer, Salatschleuder, …) - versteckte Kosten wie Strom, Reinigung, Tax und mehr.

Wunderschön ruhig gelegenes Haus

Wir waren zu sechst angereist, hatten ausreichend Platz. Das Haus hatte eine sehr gute Grundausstattung und die Schlüsselübergabe war gut gestaltet. Wir haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt und würeden dieses Haus wieder buchen.

Lovely high-quality house in the forest

We thought the house was great. Built only a few years ago, with everything clean and top quality. The house is nicer in reality than in the pictures! The owner was very friendly and quickly fixed a minor problem we had with one of the appliances. The house is on a private track in the forest, with quiet neighbours either side, with a large garden, decked patio and pond. It's a 45 minute drive into Berlin city centre, or 20 minutes to the nearest S-Bahn from where it's about 30 minutes by train. The nearest bus stop is about a 20 minute walk away - from there you can get regular buses to the S-Bahn. You can swim in Kleine Muggelsee - 5 minutes drive, 10 minutes cycle to a swimming station. There's a boat rental place about 10 minutes walk away. Nearest shops 5 minute drive. We had a great holiday - recommended!
