The house is on the back of the property. It has three bedrooms upstairs, each with a double bed and a single bed. On the ground floor there is the living room with access to a terrace, an open kitchen, a bathroom with tub, shower, toilet and a separate toilet with sink. Another terrace and a small garden are in front of the house.
Out of season we are flexible in the number of nights.

The hosts were super friendly and the set up was great for our group of five. The kitchen was lovely, the sitting room was spacious, and the beds comfortable. Good location too! Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay.

House had everything we needed for family of 6. Was warm and comfortable and host was very responsive. We had a great Christmas there. Plenty of shops and access to public transport very easy. Peer the host was very responsive and made the stay a great one.

Great stay in a lovely area!

We were very impressed with the house, and it was very clean. Peer was a lovely host, responding to any issues or queries we had. Easy to get transport into the centre of Berlin and there is supermarkets and restaurants nearby the house. Overall very pleased with our stay!

Large interesting and comfortable house

Our family stayed here for nearly a week. The property was great - lots of space for our family - and the owner was really helpful and friendly. Easy connection to the center of the city. Highly recommend

Super cozy

Four of us stayed for about a week for our first time in Berlin and loved the house! A bit of a trek to get into the downtown area but worth it, the garden around the house is beautiful and it was very comfortable for our small group. Peer was super welcoming and easy to stay in touch with, I would definitely recommend staying here!

Lovely house, great location

We loved our stay at Peer. The house is great, although we first expected 2 bathrooms. The location is great, both for visiting Berlin as for other activities (i.e. lakes with beach for swimming). The inventory is super complete, you really only need to bring your clothing! I really recommend this house.

Absolutely loved staying here. Grocery stores are near by, the tram is near by, allowing access to the subway system throughout the city. The area is quiet. And the host above and beyond flexible. It was beyond what we could ask for.As an American, the house felt very familiar. The kitchen is big, the main bathroom is large, the living area is spacious, the bedrooms easily fit our family of 5. There was an outdoor patio with a grill. The host was great and extremely flexible with our situation (our flight was late and we didn't get in until midnight for our arrival. Our departure had us leave at 2am and he was more than helpful with accommodating our checkout).We enjoyed it so much, we are planning to another stay.

As we were from Edinburgh there was no English translation of how to recycle things

There was quite a steep stairs and no bannister, I use a stick & found the stairs quite a challenge!! Not recommended for anyone with mobility issues

Wir haben eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht! Das Haus ist ideal für 6 Personen – geräumig, sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen: von der voll ausgestatteten Küche über gemütliche Schlafzimmer bis hin zu einer schönen Terrasse zum Entspannen.Die Lage ist wirklich top – ruhig, aber dennoch super angebunden. Bus, S-Bahn und U-Bahn sind schnell erreichbar, sodass man das Auto getrost stehen lassen kann. Es ist eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit allem was man braucht. Man kann mit 9 Personen dort übernachten, allerdings wird es dann etwas eng. Mit 6 Personen ist es super. Tolle Küche mit Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, Backofen, Mikrowelle, gemütliches Wohn-/Esszimmer, schönes Badezimmer. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus. Küche gut ausgestattet. 3 Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten. Sauber und gepflegtes Ferienhaus. Wir sind immer mit dem Auto zum P&R Parkplatz Wuhletal gefahren, um von dort mit der S-Bahn in die Stadt zu fahren. Parkplatz ist dort kostenlos.

Superbe adresse pour découvrir Berlin

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour : la maison est coquette , grande et fonctionnelle et a parfaitement convenu a une famille comme la notre ( avec 3 grands adolescents) . Chacun trouve son espace et les espaces extérieurs permettent les repas en famille/les moments de convivialité. Nous avons trouvé facilement et la communication c est très bien passée. Le tramway est dans la rue et dessert lui même une ligne de rer: l accès a Berlin se fait sans problème en 50 minutes environ. En bref, nous recommandons vivement ce logement !!
