Clean room: not good; we had ants in the apartment, we had troubles to manage it.The apartment number 01 is a unique open space, except for the bathroom. It is at ground level and completely facing the main street of the little town (cars, tracks). The external walls of the apartment are completely under the sun all the day; we were obliged to close windows and shutters 24h for 13 days. Unacceptable. the kitchen lacks basic utensils, such as a corkscrew. It doesn't have real air conditioning (silent and powerful) but a sort of room refresh device very noisy and far from bedroom that we stopped before sleeping. The owner gave us an additional small fan for the night, it works to recycle air not to refresh (useless). External environment is pretty good, nice garden, outdoor space to have our meals because no AC was in the flat. Pool is nice, little but enough to refresh from the sea. In the garden there is a small tank where an aquatic turtle lives. Unfortunately the turtle lives in muddy waters. The guests (not the owner or at least rarely) took care of him during their stays, feeding and changing water. It is unacceptable ! I personally got confirmation from the owner that this is customary. I miss so much turtle-Otto, and I do hope for him to survive for longer. Generally speaking the Host was gentle, available, he was told in advance about my negative feedback. My stay lasted 12 nights and I was seriously regretful to be put in an low style and level flat.
