Hike, Bike, Fish! ~Walk to Ski Lift~ Blue Ridge Escape

ONLY FEET FROM BEECH MTN SKI RESORT PARKING LOT!

This newly renovated space is located in the closest complex to Beech Mountain Ski Resort, perfect for skiing and snowboarding in the winter and mountain biking in the summer. An easy two step entry will welcome you to this beautiful studio condo.

Enjoy a very short walk or drive to local restaurants, coffee shops, and stores. Take in the beautiful mountain air on the spacious deck!

Dogs are allowed for an additional fee upon owner approval (continue reading).

This centrally located condo is beautifully updated, but still brings the modern mountain charm of the highest town east of the Mississippi! Free onsite parking and an effortless 2-step entry will welcome you to this unit.

Located approximately 200 feet from the Beech Mountain Resort parking lot via a footbridge, don't worry about wasting time parking or driving around on those fresh powder days. Guests are welcome to leave their cars in the parking lot and enjoy a short walk (or ride when there is snow) over to the lifts. In the Summer, guests have prime access to mountain biking trails on the mountain. Beech Mountain Club is a 3-4 minute drive.

The temperature on Beech Mountain rarely exceeds the mid 70s, so there is no need for A/C. This unit does not have air conditioning, however, there are two new ceiling fans in the bedroom area and the living area. Combine that with the full wall of sliding glass doors to circulate the fresh mountain air. Blue Ridge Escape does have heat and an electric fireplace to cozy up to after a long, chilly day on the slopes.

The bedroom area, which can be closed off with room darkening floor to ceiling curtains, features two queen beds and a closet. The attached bathroom highlights a large tub/shower combo. All linens are provided, as well as travel sized shower toiletries.

Relax on the massive L-shaped sectional in the living area while watching the 50" ROKU Smart TV and warming up by the fireplace. Free high speed, password protected WIFI is also available.

The spacious balcony has ample seating and is perfect during any season, thanks to the beautiful weather at this elevation! Enjoy meals on the balcony or relax with a cup of coffee.

The entry closet/hall tree has storage for all your outdoor adventure equipment, including boots, winter gear, helmets, etc. No more putting on cold, wet gloves, socks or boots! Use our electric quick-dryer and your gear will be dry and ready to go when you are!

We look forward to hosting you at Blue Ridge Escape!

Please note:

- Two parking passes are provided for guests. Passes must be displayed in the vehicles whenever parked on the complex premises. Please leave parking passes and welcome book inside unit upon check-out. Missing parking passes will result in a replacement fee of $50 per pass.

- This is a winter destination in the mountains. 4 wheel drive or snow chains are often necessary to safely drive up Beech, and they are occasionally required by the town, weather dependent. Chains are available at multiple shops at the base of the mountain.

Other things to note:

We are pet friendly! If you are traveling with your furry friend, please view the following rules BEFORE booking:

- Dogs are allowed upon owner approval. An additional fee of $20 per dog, per night will be sent once the pets have been approved by owner and the booking has been finalized. There is a maximum of 2 dogs and a minimum age of 1 year.

- Dogs must be crated when left alone in the unit unless otherwise approved by host (crates not provided). While an animal may be well-behaved at home, a new place can be stressful, which often ends in property damage.

- Dogs are not allowed on the furniture in the unit.

- Because this is a shared building, there cannot be frequent or excessive barking. If this occurs and is not resolved, guests will be asked to vacate with no refund.

- All solid waste must be picked up and placed in the exterior pet waste bin located in the parking area.

- Any damages will be billed to the guest and reported to VRBO.

Would not recommend
The condo looks really cute in the pictures but once we got to the condo looks were deceiving. Parking was huge issue. There are no dedicated parking spaces per condo. There is no parking in the front of the building so you have to just find a parking space anywhere you can find one. I was told to go across the street to park by the owner but that doesn't work when you have a handicap child and alot of luggage. Once inside the unit it was cute but no functional. It was basically one room with a large curtain separating two beds from the living room. Since it was late we decided to go to bed and when we pulled the covers back we noticed alot of dog hair on the sheets and the comforter. We were told our dog was welcome but to bring a crate for it to sleep in. We were not comfortable sleeping on dirty sheets and blankets so we left. We do not recommend

Loved this property. Great location, very clean, and a great spot to getaway. Also, property had everything you need in a kitchen. Bonus, it’s near a great coffee shop (Poppy’s) to grab a great cup of coffee.
