The house is ideally located near the magnificent beaches of Palombaggia and in particular 500 m on foot via the access to Palombaggia beach - Tamaricciu access; you can go down on foot, or by car, in a few minutes by taking the private road Maltinponu and then the access road to the beach (Playa Baggia, Tamaricciu,..)

With a surface area of 100m2, the house is on one level opening onto a very large flowered terrace. From the terrace, the view is 180° and allows you to enjoy a unique panorama of the Tyrrhenian Sea, the southern coasts of Corsica and Sardinia on the horizon. The house is equipped to accommodate 2 to 6 people with its 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and its large living space.

The house, inserted in the maquis and built on the site of an old sheepfold, is covered with stones at this location. Its extension is in a contemporary style. It is on one level and has no stairs. Part of the terrace is protected from the sun by a tau, which allows you to have your meals very comfortably facing the view or to read on a sunbed. An outdoor shower allows you to rinse off on your way up from the beach.

LIVING SPACE
The large and bright living space opens onto the terrace through a large bay window. It is pleasantly decorated in the Mediterranean spirit: it has a library with many books and tourist guides (water hikes, walks, climbing, bike tours) that you can consult, a large ceiling fan, TV with its satellite decoder, WIFI (Orange) and 2 individual benches (which can be used as additional beds). This space is open to the kitchen. The whole is located in front of the terrace with a 180° view of the sea.

The kitchen open to the large living room is fully equipped: stove with 4 induction hobs, traditional electric oven, dishwasher, capsule coffee maker and filter coffee maker. A laundry room adjoins the kitchen with its plenty of storage space for provisions, a large American refrigerator, ice cube dispenser and freezer area, a washing machine and a microwave.

The large flowered terrace with an exceptional panoramic view of the 30 most beautiful km of southern Corsica, has a beautiful shaded area. The garden equipment is composed of 6 deckchairs, 2 sea baths and a table (6 people + extension cord) to take meals. The terrace has a barbecue. A ping-pong table is also available outside the house.

THE BEDROOMS
Each room has air conditioning, a shower room with its toilet, as well as many cupboards to store your belongings. Both bedrooms have a view of the sea.

The beds are arranged as follows:
- A large master bedroom, air-conditioned and ventilated, with a "King size" bed (200 cm x 200 cm). A desk completes this room. This bedroom has its own shower room with WC.
- A bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm x 190 cm) that can be joined into a 180 cm double bed. This room also has its own shower room with toilet.
In addition, the living room can sleep 2 people: 2 individual benches (80 cm x 1m95)
The necessary to accommodate the children: travel cot, potty, toilet adapter and bathtub can be provided (on request).

THE PLUS
. The Palombaggia-Tamaricciu beach in the immediate vicinity, within walking distance; by car, the beach car parks are paid for – rates depending on the restaurants / displayed on their respective signs.
. The very large Brando stone terrace and its panoramic view of the sea with the Cerbicale Islands, the south coast of Corsica and Sardinia.
. Internet and free WIFI

Additional information:
Rental weeks, in July and August, are from Saturday 18:00 to Saturday 11:00; Arrivals at the end of the day are possible on request. Intermediate stays are possible on request outside July and August.
Pets are not allowed in the house.
Beds are made on arrival. Linen (sheets, towels, bath mats and tea towels) are at your disposal. The house cleaning package includes the preparation of the house and the cleaning at the end of the stay. If you wish, cleaning hours can be organised during your stay (at your expense).
You will be welcomed on site to collect the keys, tour the house and give you information about the area to make the most of your stay.


Location
The house is located in southern Corsica, south of Porto Vecchio (17 min-9.4 km), north of Bonifacio (30 min-30 km) and north-east of Figari (30 min – 27 km).
The beaches of Palombaggia (Cala di Lume, Tamaricciu, Cala di la Folaca and Capu d'Asciaghju) are among the most beautiful in Corsica: translucent turquoise waters bordered by white sand and umbrella pines. The waters are shallow, suitable for swimming, and swimming for children.
The nearest mountain range is the Alta Rocca, with its famous Aiguilles de Bavella. Many hikes and canyoning are possible in this massif.
For cyclists, the very marked relief makes it a very popular training place for both amateurs and more seasoned athletes. What a pleasure to do a 42 km fasted route with 3 bumps and then to have breakfast while looking at the view after a good shower! The climb of the Ospedale is very popular; the must is the 100km loop to go to Lévie. Finally, the mythical climb to Bavella via Solenzara of 140km but that's another storey!
Shops are 10 minutes away by car on the way to Porto-Vecchio (SPAR) or a convenience store 3 minutes away by car on the beach road.
