Elegant and contemporary, this two-level villa, completely renovated in 2025, offers a comfortable and neat setting for your stay in Corsica.

It consists of two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a bright living room with smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen. All rooms are air-conditioned and the villa benefits from a high-speed fibre internet connection.

Outside, the private terrace invites you to take full advantage of the Mediterranean climate. Private Jacuzzi, Weber electric BBQ and intimate outdoor space create an ideal setting to relax after a day at the beach.

Terra D'Oro is a boutique residence consisting of only three villas, ideally located in the Bocca dell'Oro area. It allows you to combine the calm and intimacy of a small residence with quick access to the most emblematic beaches of southern Corsica.

House rules & important information

A deposit of €500 will be required on arrival, in the form of a pre-authorization similar to that practised in a hotel. It can be made by credit card, cheque or cash and will of course be released after your departure, once the accommodation has been verified.

• Please keep the place quiet.
• Parties, outside visitors and noise pollution are not allowed.
• Please avoid excessive noise in the evening and at night in order to respect the neighbourhood.
• Pets are not allowed.
