The cozy apartment for 2 to 4 people in a rural hillside location is only 4 km from Lake Millstatt and the shops. The nearest major cities (Spittal / Drau and Villach) are about 25 km away. The apartment is located in the middle of a beautiful hiking area. To summit of our house mountain (Mirnock) you need about 2h 30min.

The spacious, comfortably furnished apartment is located on the upper floor and offers you on about 50 m² a kitchen (fridge, stove with ceramic hob and oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and dishes),
Dining area, satellite TV, WIFI included, two separate bedrooms, bathroom with shower.
Tea towels, towels and bed linen are sufficiently available.

On request, we can get fresh pastries from the local bakery for a daily price.

Up to the summit of our local mountain (Mirnock) it takes about 2hrs 30min.

The spacious 50 sqm, comfortable apartment is on the first floor and a kitchen
(Fridge, cooker and oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and ample cookware, dining area, satellite tv, wireless internet connection included, two bedrooms, bathroom with shower. Dishtowels, towels and bed linen are plentiful.

On request, we can get daily fresh bread and rolls from the local Bakery to the purchase price,

Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr gute Lage, um mit dem Auto die Gegend zu erkunden. Der Weg zum Strandbad ist sehr kurz. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hat viele Hinweise zur Region parat. Unbezahlbar ist der Ausblick über den Millstätter See.

Winterurlaub in Gschriet

Wir haben relativ spontan gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, geräumig und war mit allem eingerichtet, was man braucht. Das Haus liegt oberhalb vom Millstätter See relativ abgelegen, aber dafür mit einem traumhaften Blick auf die umliegenden Berge und den See. Familie Tripolt war sehr herzlich zu uns, immer für einen Plausch zu haben und hat den Kindern den benachbarten Stall mit den Tieren gezeigt.

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einer der schönsten Gegend Österreichs.

Es war alles bestens. Wir hatten sehr guten Kontakt zu unserer Vermieterin. Sie war sehr aufgeschlossen und hilfreich in der Wahl unserer Ausflugsziele. Die Kärntenkarte ist unbedingt zu empfehlen!

Erstklassige Ferienwohnung mit traumhaftem Blick!

Erstklassige, kürzlich renovierte, geräumige Ferienwohnung für bis zu 4 Personen mit traumhaftem Blick auf den Millstätter See, Hanglage, unmittelbar an einem Bergbach, Bauernhof in der Nähe. Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Vermieterin, wir verdanken ihr viele Tips für Ausflüge, z.B. zum Lesachtal oder zur Millstätter Alpe, aber auch z.B. die Empfehlung zum Abendessen beim Metzgerwirt in Radentheim (dort waren wir 3x, immer sehr lecker). Jederzeit wieder, uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen!

Perfekte Wohnung zum Entspannen

Vom ersten Augenblick an waren wir im Urlaub. Frische Bergluft, Kühe auf der Weide und ein plätschernder Bach haben uns begrüßt. Und natürlich das Herz des Hauses, Frau Tripold, die einfach immer zur Hilfe kam und keine Frage offen ließ. Vom Haus aus sieht man den Millstätter See, baden waren wir allerdings im Afritzer See (Tipp der Hausherrin). Geklettert sind wir auf den Goldeck, haben das Bonsai-Museum besucht, waren in Spittal, Villach und Klagenfurt. Auch das Bergwerk in Bleiberg wurde nicht von uns verschont. Wir waren an der Kölnbreinsperre und in Gmünd. Für noch mehr fehlte uns die Zeit. Weiterer Tipp: Kärnten-Card holen, spart die Eintritte. Es waren einfach perfekte 10 Tage. VIELEN DANK FÜR DIE ZEIT.

Top Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage mit tollem Ausblick

Die sehr schön gestaltete und bestens ausgestattete Wohnung liegt etwa 350 Höhenmeter über dem See in ruhiger Lage am Hang . Sie verfügt über eine geräumige Wohnküche, 2 Schlafzimmer mit je einem Doppelbett und einem Balkon, der einen fantastischen Ausblick auf den See bietet. Die sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin gibt nützliche Tipps. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt/Urlaub bei Frau Tripolt

Sehr gut eingerichtete, saubere Wohnung in wunderbarer, ruhiger Lage am Millstätter See in Kärnten. Frau Tripolt ist eine aufgeschlossene, kommunikative und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für einen Wanderurlaub und gemütlicher, ruhiger Rückzugsort für ruhige Stunden. Wir ( ein älteres Paar aus Köln) kommen gerne wieder zum Erholen, Erzählen, Erfahrungen sammeln über Land und Menschen in Kärnten.

So muss Urlaub sein 🙂

Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock, hat einen kleinen Balkon mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht auf den Millstätter See und die Berge. Die Wohnung ist komfortabel und besitzt alles, was man so braucht. Wir wurden sehr nett und herzlich aufgenommen und auch mit Tips für die Umgebung versorgt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen schönen Urlaub.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Alles sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin hat uns herzlich begrüßt, und hat uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Wir haben Österreich für uns entdeckt, und werden sicher wieder kommen. Eine sehr schöne Gegend. Herrlicher Blick vom Balkon.

Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert

Die Ferienwohnung liegt absolut ruhig und bietet vom Balkon einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Millstätter See. Alles war wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und gemütlich. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für die Urlaubsküche braucht. Die Hausherrin hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und hatte viele gute Tipps für Ausflüge parat.
