About this property

Sonnenplatz Über dem Drautal

Our lovingly renovated, 400-year-old house is in a dream location, with a 180-degree view of the Drau Valley. This is where I grew up. Nowhere else do we sleep as well as we do here. The apartment, approximately 60 m², is furnished to a high standard.

Lake Millstatt by car: 12 minutes

Guest access:

You may be lucky enough to be welcomed by my dear parents, who share the ground-floor hallway with you when they’re holidaying here themselves. Otherwise, you’ll be greeted by our hardworking neighbour, who is also very knowledgeable about everything and is happy to assist with advice, practical help, and plenty of recommendations for all kinds of day trips.

For each guest (ages 16 and up), we are required to pay a tourist tax of 4.50 EUR per night. This fee is settled directly on site.

Relaxation in the immediate vicinity.

Enjoy the garden and take long walks right from the house.

Wir waren mit der Wohnung und unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Fr. und Hr. Wohlfühlaufenthalt

Für zwei Leute perfekt. Die Wohnung hat eine helle Küche mit Sitzecke, in der wir gerne gekocht haben. Es hat hier zwar statt einem Wohnzimmer zwei Schlafzimmer, aber eines davon haben wir als Abstellraum für Koffer, Schuhe etc. genutzt, so war alles gut verräumt. Der Balkon ist zwar schmal, dennoch passen zwei Stühle drauf, wir waren oft abends draußen gesessen. Es gibt auch Liegestühle und man kann die Wiese vor dem Haus und die Sitzgruppe darauf mit dem schönen Ausblick auf die Berge benutzen. Dies alles und die Herzlichkeit der Wirtsleute hat uns einen schönen Urlaub ermöglicht.

Schöne und ruhige Lage

Sehr schöne und ruhige Unterkunft mit Blick über das Draural und guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge (mit dem Auto) in die Umgebung. Der Ort ist sehr klein , zum Einkaufen fährt man ins Tal.
