Great weekend

It was a great weekend in Mammoth. The unit was nice and clean. The building coming into the unit was a little old but the actual unit was clean and cute. Great location for getting around town.

Short Stay in Mammoth

Overall it was a good stay. If someone stays in the unit above you, you will hear them…..hope they go to bed early! Close to restaurants and not far from ski lifts, you can take a shuttle too from the room. It worked out for what it was! cheers

Nice Little Studio

This is a nice little studio close to town and Canyon lodge. I was traveling solo so it met my needs perfectly. It would also be good for a couple. Beyond a couple it would be a little tight. Parking is pretty tight but I was able to find a spot each day. No Maddness was responsive to my questions and provided some great customer service when I couldn’t locate the parking pass.

Lipstick on a pig

The floor was uneven, horrible decor, a hack remodel job. The place had a dorm atmosphere the noise penetrating through the thin walls all night long. The hallway was very dirty and smelled like Pine Sol. I would only recommend this place to college age students.

It's an Ok placce in a pinch.

This property is located right off a busy street and is on the first floor of a 2-story building, At night, we can hear the roadway noise plus persons walking around on the second floor, so if you are a light sleeper, you will be up all night. My wife picked this place in a pinch because she wanted to stay a few more days in Mammoth, and this place was the only place available during a holiday weekend. The flooring of this place is uneven, especially in the bathroom and shower area. We will not stay here again.

Condo is hard to find since number does not correspond to building letters. No parking pass was left for me. The onsite manager is great and very helpful. (Promised not to tow me) Had to bother him twice for locatin and parking information. Nomad's call center staff are very helpful.

Not clean

This unit wasn’t very clean. Found hair here and there, especially on a towel hanging on the rack… it was gross. Kitchen corner had dust and food scrap. Dishes weren’t clean so we had to wash them before use. Sticky spots on the floor and dirty rugs. Also didn’t feel safe without a lock from inside. You can hear all the noise from upstairs and next doors. It was so bad that we had hard time sleeping.

Hard to find and poor customer service

I booked this last minute because I needed to recover from emergency surgery to my left wrist after a ski accident. Although this was a nice studio, it was like ice cubes when I finally checked in. One small heating unit was poor and the room needed more or better space heaters. Right after check in I called the rental company to schedule a technician to look at the heat and bring better space heaters 9 am the next morning. The technician never showed up. In fortunately this was the day of my surgery and I did not want to recover in a cold room. After returning from the hospital I called the rental company AGAIN and demanded help. I was so grogy from the surgery that I barely heard someone knocking on my door at 9 pm. Finally the situation was rectified but I shouldn’t have to deal with all this.On top of that, the location of the rental is hard to find and the directions sent a day before check in are woefully inadequate.It’s a nice studio but the management company is poor. I will be contacting them for a partial refund.

Small but cozy

Small but cozy! Perfect for a small family (2 adults, 2 children) No privacy beside the bathroom Kitchen is fully stocked, seasonings, toaster and free k cups for the kuerig Love that it’s floor level, but that means you hear the person above you. Jacuzzi was nice and parking was ample. Would definitely stay here again
