About this property

Two master bedrooms! Near Eagle Lodge, Mammoth Creek Park, ice rink, and golf.

Our nicely decorated 2 bedroom plus loft, 3 bathroom townhouse in Mammoth Lakes California sleeps 8 and is located near town and the Snowcreek Golf Course. It's on the winter Redline shuttle route, walking distance to Mammoth Creek Meadow Trail, a fishing stream, Mammoth Creek Park, and LA Kings public ice rink. From the living room and deck is a lovely mountain view, and the Snowflower complex offers a shared great outdoor pool and tennis court (summer only), spas, and dry sauna.

On the second level, cozy around the wood burning fireplace in the spacious living room, or catch a movie or a game on the large flatscreen TV. The open plan kitchen and dining area allows for great social evenings with dining for 8 and high counter bar stools for additional seating for 2. Equipped with a large flatscreen TV with cable and a three-quarter bath.

On the downstairs entry level, the first master bedroom features a queen bed and full bath. The second master bedroom features a king bed and full en-suite bath. The second master bedroom feathers .

The third sleeping area is the open loft on the third level featuring a queen bed and a double bed.

All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more.

Approx 1450 sq. ft, this 3 level townhome sleeps a Maximum Occupancy: 8. No smoking and no pets. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to contact us for alternative options.

We had a wonderful time in Mammoth and this location was PERFECT! We have 2 young kids and we were an 8 min walk or 2 min drive to the park skating rink. It wasn’t full blown winter season but it had snowed a few days before our arrival followed by lots of days of sun so the playground was still available. This spot is centrally located and sleeps quite a few people. We only needed space for our family of four and it was perfect! It is cold upon arrival and takes a bit to heat up so bring a space heater to get warmer faster or turn on all the heat in every room immediately. Once it is warm it stays very warm. They had coffee provided and pots pans, dishes etc. We would definitely stay again as it was a 5 min drive to town and 9 min drive to the mammoth scenic loop where we went sledding.
