This house is perfect for families who want to relax or entertain! It has it all! This newly renovated home is right on the water at the North end of Conesus lake. It has a detached garage with game room including basketball, foosball, darts, shuffleboard, poker table and more. Walking distance to Vitale park, gas station, liquor store, and multiple restaurants! The main level has an open floor plan with full view of the lake and a large dining room table to accommodate your whole group.

1st floor:
Bedroom 1: (1) king bed and (1) queen/queen bunk bed with attached bath & shower

2nd floor:
Bedroom 2: (2) queen beds an (2) twin XL bunk beds
Bedroom 3: (1) queen bed and (1) twin XL over queen bunk bed
Bedroom 4: (1) king bed and (1) child/toddler bed
Bedroom 5: (1) queen bed and (1) crib
Bedroom 6: (4) twin XL queen beds

**Please Note: To ensure a comfortable and relaxed experience for our guests, we generally require a 3–4 night minimum stay.
