Whether you’re looking for a peaceful winter getaway or a lively summer vacation filled with lake fun, this fully furnished newly remodeled home is designed to make your stay comfortable and memorable.


Escape to our newly remodeled lakefront home, perfect for up to 8 guests. Enjoy breathtaking sunset views from the deck's fire pit. This cozy retreat offers direct lake access and is just minutes from Letchworth State Park and Finger Lakes wineries. Ideal for families and groups seeking a memorable year-round getaway with stunning waterfront views and modern comforts.

KEY FEATURES:

Main Living Area:
Enjoy stunning lake views from the bright, open-concept living room, complete with a cozy gas fireplace, a 55” Smart TV, and large glass doors that open directly onto the upper deck.

Kitchen & Dining:
The fully stocked kitchen features full-size appliances, including a refrigerator with an icemaker, and everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal. We provide:
Spices, a crockpot, air fryer, and blender
A full set of cookware and dishes

Private Outdoor Oasis:
Upper Deck: Features a gas fire pit, cushioned seating for eight, and a bar top for enjoying happy hour with a view.
Lower Deck: Offers a large propane gas grill, rocking chairs, and a swinging chair for quiet moments by the water.

Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 8):
Bedroom 1 (Main Floor): King bed with incredible lake views, TV with AppleTV, and a dedicated mini-split for A/C and heat.
Bedroom 2 (Main Floor): Queen bed with a portable A/C and heater unit.
Bedroom 3 (Main Floor): Queen bed with a portable A/C and heater unit.
Lower Level: A spacious living area with a full-size pull-out couch, a second gas fireplace, large TV, and a dedicated workspace with a printer.

Bathrooms & Laundry:
The home includes two full bathrooms and one half-bath.
The downstairs bathroom features a luxurious 5x5 walk-in shower.
A full-size washer and dryer are available for your use, along with an iron and ironing board.

Guest Access:
You will have private access to the entire house and property, ensuring a secluded and personal experience. This includes all indoor spaces, both decks, the yard, and the waterfront.

Parking: Private parking is available for up to three vehicles in the driveway.

Additional Parking: Space for additional vehicles or a trailer is available across the street on our adjacent property.

Winter Access: During winter rentals, we can arrange for you to have access for one car in the attached garage.

Our Welcome Book includes details about the house, and great information on restaurants, things to do, maps and brochures for local attractions.

The dock, kayaks and paddleboards are seasonal, May 15 -Oct 1 (weather permitting). The dock has additional bumpers to moor a boat of up to 21 ft.

We will keep this property in our favorites!! It was a lovely home with the best lake view you could ask for!! The hosts were incredible and even checked in with us to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. Five star stay!!!

We then moved to 8 other locations around the country including: Michigan, Oklahoma, Binghamton, Rochester, Denver and then back to Rochester We now consider Rochester our home. Having moved so many places, I love to meet people and make people feel welcome.

Why they chose this property

I grew up dreaming of owning a lake front property. We love our house for the beautiful view. Our sunsets are incredible especially when you sit on the chairs at the end of our dock.

What makes this property unique

We love being almost in the middle of the lake. We don't get as much lake traffic, yet close enough to have the boat launch close by for guests to drop their jet skis and/or boats in. The best part is having the property across the road. It allows us for extra parking as well as the shed that is the home to my Pilates Studio in the Summer.
