With a beautiful walk out patio and large fenced in yard this is the perfect vacation spot for kids and pets! 24 ft pontoon boat rental option available during your stay! Please know the boat at the dock is for rent to anyone so you may have boat renters coming onto property to take boat
This is for use of kayaks or canoes and other uses of the property
I, the undersigned, agree to indemnify and hold harmless Property owner and manager and its affiliates, agents, employees, and authorized third parties, from and against any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including attorney`s fees, arising out of or related to my participation in during use of booked property.
This indemnification obligation will survive the termination or expiration of this waiver or my participation in the described activities.
