L'appartement est spacieux et très agréable à vivre. La climatisation est appréciable. L'emplacement est idéal pour faire un maximum de choses à pied. De plus le stationnement est très facile et gratuit. La plage de Foncillon est à moins de 5mn à pied. L'accueil et le départ sont très bien organisés avec fait beaucoup de gentillesse. L'hôte est attentive et à l'écoute et facilement joignable.Il manque quelques ustensiles de cuisine (quelques plats, essoreuse à salade, cuit vapeur). L'électroménager est par contre neuf et efficace.Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour avec nos petites filles. Nous reviendrons !

Un appartement au top

Nous avons été mis en confiance dès notre arrivée par la conciergerie et la propriétaire et cela a duré durant tout notre séjour. A la moindre question, la réponse était précise et rapide. L'appartement est superbe, entièrement rénové, bien équipé, bien exposé, et dispose de tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour avec les commodités au pied de l'immeuble. Voila près de 10 ans que nous venons à Royan régulièrement et si possible c'est dans cet appartement que nous reviendrons.
