On the left as you enter, you have two bedrooms in a row. The back bedroom has 2 twin beds
and can be transformed into a large bed thanks to the two 80 x 200 mattresses.
The second bedroom has a large bed (160 x 200).
Both bedrooms are bathed in sunlight thanks to large bay windows. The rooms have blinds with
rolls and aluminum shutters. The living room and the 3rd bedroom have a ceiling light with fan.

Linen is not included in the price but can be provided according to your request and with extra charge
as well as the beds made. Duvets and pillows available.
Pets are allowed only after express authorization. Smoking is NOT allowed in the accommodation.
It is not particularly suitable for people with disabilities because of the stairs.
You will be a 5-minute walk from the Royan post office and the Parc Market. You will find bakery, coop,
Café, tobacconist...
You can come without a car, the multi-modal station is a 15-minute walk away, many buses serve
Neighbouring municipalities and cycle paths criss-cross the entire Royan territory.

Rental in High Season (mid-July - end of August) is for a minimum period of 7 days
From Sunday 4 pm to Sunday 9 am. In low season short stays are accepted (minimum 4 nights).

You will be accompanied on arrival, at the exit and throughout your stay by a member of the team
of the "A La Hauteur" Concierge to facilitate your stay.
∆ any arrival after 20:00 and until 22:00 will be charged an additional 30€ on site.
From 22:00 to 00:00 the arrival will be charged 50€ extra to be paid on site. No departure before 6:00 in the morning.
From 6:00 am to 8:00 am any departure will be charged an additional 30€.
