Orchid House

Summary:

This is our newly remodeled 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa located at Bayview Suites on Paradise Island. It's literally just a short walk away from Cabbage Beach and the Atlantis Resort. It was recently fully renovated with high-end finishes and exquisite decorations. The Orchid House features a private pool, and outdoor BBQ grill, with shared amenities for added convenience (tennis courts, laundry facility, gym). With security and easy access to activities and restaurants what's not to like!



The Space:

What's amazing about this villa at Bay View Suites on Paradise Island is location! You're literally just a short walk away from Cabbage Beach and the Atlantis Resort. It's a great feeling of convenience because you'll never really have to walk very far for much of anything.



Guest Access:

As our guests you will have unrestricted access to the entire villa at all times. We really want you to make it your home away from home no matter how short or long your stay will be. Guests will have full access to the pool, kitchen, outdoor barbecue grill, WiFi, bedrooms, living and dining rooms. The villa is yours, just promise us you'll make yourself right at home!



The Neighborhood:

Residents of Paradise Island value their privacy. They're very neighborly and considerate when called upon and extend the same level of respect to those passing through.



Getting Around:

We would be happy to assist in having a rental car reserved and delivered directly to you at the villa upon arrival. If you prefer not to rent then we strongly recommend our primary transportation service provider SUV Transports. They'll gladly take care of both your airport transfers and daily transportation needs.



Other Things to Note:

All guests pay a one time cleaning fee directly to Airbnb when the reservation is made for the cleaning of the home at checkout. Please take special note that Housekeeping Services are not included but are available for a nominal fee upon request. Our staff will provide fresh towels and linen upon request during your stay for personal use.



If you require housekeeping services please notify us via Airbnb no later than the night before so our staff can promptly put you on the schedule for the following day. Housekeeping services will include general basic cleaning of the bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, & common areas. You will be charged for each request via Airbnb for all additional services rendered.



Interaction with Guests:

Housekeeping will be there to welcome you upon arrival and give an orientation of both the house and grounds before turning everything over to you. You will also be provided with a welcome letter prior to checking in that contains all the relevant information you'll need during your stay (i.e. address, access codes, local contacts, etc).
