IMMACULATE well furnished home, heated pool, close to beaches! New paint!

Escape and unwind in our beautiful open split floor plan home. This charming home, features a large, spacious kitchen, beautiful heated pool and lanai area, a relaxing outdoor firepit situated under a lighted pergola, nestled on a quiet lot. Just under 10 minutes from beautiful Englewood beaches or the breathtaking beach on Boca Grande. Free-WIFI, and Alexa dot to play music! New freshly painted outside. New Sod, new palm trees, New cushion covers for lanai. New roof, new A/C as of june 2023

Fully stocked kitchen, nothing spared, from dishes to utensils, cookware, and towels all amenities, including, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, oven/range, will make you feel right at home. For your convenience, there is a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, waffle maker, and griddle. Eat-in nook dining area for 8 overlooks the pool area.

The master suite is located on the opposite side of the house, with a cozy king-sized bed, with a new smart TV, large walk-in closet, huge en-suite bathroom, walk-in shower, and two separate vanities. Linens and a hairdryer are provided. Patio doors which lead directly to pool/lanai area.

Located just beyond the kitchen there are two spacious bedrooms and a second bathroom. The second bedroom (blue room) has a king high-top bed, closet, plenty of dresser space, and a brand new smart TV. The third bedroom (green room), has a queen bed, 42 inch TV, closet, and dresser.

The second bathroom (main bath) has a tub/shower combo, sinks, a large mirror, linens, a blow dryer, and pool/beach towels. For added convenience, there is a door that directly leads to the pool area.

The family room has a large, comfy sectional, with smart cable. (Netflix, Hulu, accessibilities if you have accounts) Opens up to the large eat-in kitchen, and pool lanai area. Check out the awesome view from the living room to the back yard

Read a book in our quaint den area (orange room). Sofa with pull-out queen bed, TV and reading nook.
Laundry room washer and dryer, laundry tub, and vacuum, conveniently located just off the kitchen.
The private and fully screened heated pool includes a lanai area for relaxing and watching TV. looking out to the beautiful backyard. Two lounge chairs and a table for four. For added convenience, there is also a separate washroom adjacent to the pool, or take advantage of the outdoor shower. Basketball hoops and balls are provided for your fun!

Just outside is a Weber Genesis BBQ Grill with a propane tank. While your grilling up some food, kick back and relax under the PERGOLA with a heated gas firepit. sit back and unwind under the lights, with a cold beer, delicious wine or smoke a cigar!

Located outside in the storage area, for your use, are two beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, and beach toys to make your stay more convenient. Beach towels, toilet paper, and paper towels are provided to get you started for your stay. Due to a recent renter we have decided to go with a deposit, as our beautiful home was trashed. We no longer offer the cheap insurance, which does not cover, 5 extra hours of house cleaning and full capert and furniture cleaning, that we do 2x per year already

Board games and a deck of cards are provided for those stay-in family nights! No Pets, owner is allergic and No Smoking!

Don't hesitate to book a stay in this beautiful home. Impeccably furnished and has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. You don't need to bring anything but your clothes. The pool area, grilling area and fire pit area are great as well not to mention the beautiful landscaping. The host is a great communicator and is quick to answer any questions you may have.

Wonderful Vacation

This house was was top notch from the cleanliness to the well supplied kitchen for all your cooking needs. The pool area was great with an added bonus of an outside pergola with a gas fire pit. It is close to beaches and restaurants. The owners are very welcoming and made sure we had whatever we needed! We wished we could have stayed longer!

Wonderful family home!

We have 4 kids-the house was perfect! One of the cleanest rentals we have stayed in. Everything was great-from the bedding to the towels, and so on. Tom was wonderful to work with, he made sure everything was great for us. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!!

Absolutely Amazing!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The house was so clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. It felt like our own home away from home. The pool was the perfect spot to relax and soak up some sun, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Plus, the area is super bike-friendly, so we could easily explore. Alexa was conveniently set up by the pool for listening to music. It was the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. We had an incredible time and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

We stayed at this property for a wonderful month. The house, yard and neighborhood are beautiful. The house and kitchen are very well equipped for a long term stay. We were very comfortable and felt "at home" during our stay. The property owner was very conscientious, checking in frequently to see if there was anything we needed. Home away from home

This was the best Florida house we have stayed in! The house and grounds had everything we needed. It was easy to settle right in. It's near beaches, Englewood, and shopping. The neighborhood is great for walking. Check out the Englewood farm market on Thursdays! We appreciated Tom staying in contact with us to make sure we were comfortable. The lanai and pergola were perfect outdoor spaces for relaxing. My favorite room inside was the little den off of the living room. That became my quiet time space. We highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful property and experience

This home is in a great neighborhood. It is close to everything. 10 min drive to Beach, Restaurants, Shopping, and activities. The home is gorgeous. Tastefully furnished with lots of space for folks to spread out and rooms large enough for everyone to gather together. The pool and back yard with firepit are great for relaxing and enjoying some downtime. Everything we needed was there. Beach chairs, a cooler, pool toys were all within easy reach. Tom is a great host and checked in with us a few times to make sure every need was met. If it were possible to give more than 5 stars I would.

Beautiful and Clean

This is the second house my family has stayed at through VRBO and we were very pleased! From the moment we showed interested in staying at this property to the end of our stay, the owner, Thomas, was extremely kind and always answered all of my questions promptly. The house itself was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything you might need at a home. My husband, sons and I especially loved the pool and the firepit! Plus, we were pleasantly surprised to see that the backyard behind the pool area was much larger than expected! My boys had space to run around, play soccer and fly kites. My boys also loved the den. They made it into their play room. I also appreciated the larger televisions in each room. The house is located in a very nice and quiet area. It is also very close to the park, the beach and many great restaurants! We all definitely had a fantastic stay and we didn't want to leave! We hope to go back in the future and we definitely recommend this house for other families! Thank you Thomas and have a happy and healthy new year!

Thomas was a great host and was easy to communicate with! The house was as advertised and extremely clean. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook nightly dinners. There was plenty of extra towels, blankets, pillows and enough TVs that everyone could their own movies! The pool was well kept and lit and there was also pool toys out side to play with. What we also liked about this house was it’s location. We were 10 minutes from a Publix, 10 minutes from restaurants and 10 minutes from the boat ramp and beach! You can’t ask for a better central location!

Just fine

Great house overall ! Reservation was cancelled by mistake ! When the reservation was reinstated the cost went up by $15 which the owner assured us it would be adjusted, that never happened. The owner stated he would provide us with some sort of dinner comp for our trouble with the reservation which never happened. Overall we still enjoyed our stay. VRBO costs along with owner added costs basically double the daily cost that is advertised, just know what your getting into.

We currently live in Illinois, in a small country town, south of Chicago. We have been going to this area of Florida for over 45 years to vacation with family. We have family that lives in the Englewood area. We are excited to buy a home down here and eventually retire. We love the beach and the sounds of the ocean, and the amazing seashells and ocean life. We have 2 children and 6 grandchildren that love it as much as us.

Why they chose this property

The whole family loves the beach and we love the water. That is why we chose this area. Close to many beautiful beaches. We also knew our home had to have a pool. We love to experience all the different restaurants, especially the ones with an ocean view or right on the beach. We love this area not crowded in comparison to Sarasota and Ft. Meyers.

What makes this property unique

One of the best benefits of our home is the heated pool with a beautiful view from the front door as you walk into the house all the way to the Lanai and beautiful yard, it's stunning. We are also close to many beaches and restaurants. Our home is pretty private with vacant lots on both sides of us. The master bedroom is on one side of the house and the other 2 bedrooms are on the other side of the house. We have an extra big lot with a lighted pergola in the back with a fire pit and chairs for a relaxing evening after dinner out or cooked on the grill.
