The columned entryway welcomes you into the foyer. Situated on an oversized canal lot, this home with exquisite finishes offers an open-concept split floor plan. The living room has an oversized TV with 8' pocketed glass doors overlooking the patio and pool. At the center of this home is the functional kitchen accented by granite countertops, kitchen island, stainless steel appliances with under and over cabinet lighting. The formal dining room offers seating for six. There is outdoor dining for six, a wicker lounge, four lounge chairs, an outdoor TV and a Weber grill.
The master king suite includes two nightstands, dresser, TV and your own walk-in closet as well as sliding glass door access to the patio and pool area. Ensuite private bathroom features a large tub, walk-in shower and separate granite vanities.
There are two additional bedrooms on the opposite end of the home with a king size bed in guest bedroom one with two nightstands, dresser, TV and direct access to the patio and pool area. There is a queen size bed in guest bedroom two with one nightstand as well as a desk and office chair for a quiet space to work if needed. A shared guest bathroom featuring a walk-in shower is conveniently located between the two bedrooms.
You will enjoy free access to two wonderful tennis courts, a party cabana and a children's playground at the Rotonda Community Park in the very center of Rotonda.
