Immerse yourself in the serenity of "Tropical Breeze Escape", a stunning 2040 sq ft canal-side retreat. This spacious home boasts soaring ceilings and a layout perfect for families or small groups, comfortably sleeping up to 9 guests. Relax in our year-round heated saltwater pool, which beautifully lights up at night, and enjoy outdoor dining with our convenient outdoor grill at a covered and screened lanai.

The space:
Bedroom 1: Indulge in the comfort of a King bed, an ensuite with a large open shower, and direct access to the pool from the master bedroom through sliding glass doors. Includes a walk-in closet for all your storage needs.

Bedroom 2: Cozy Queen bed, ample storage space, with direct access to the pool from through sliding glass doors.

Bedroom 3: Perfect for kids or extra guests, featuring a bunk bed with an additional trundle (sleeps 3), and fun swivel egg chairs. Includes a 4moms Breeze pack&play.

Living Room: The living room houses a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space and is equipped with a large TV for your enjoyment.

Gourmet Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances, microwave, Keurig, coffee pot, and tea kettle.

Enjoy a starter pack of essentials (including dish soap, dishwasher pods, garbage bags, and paper towels) and a walk-in pantry—numerous kitchen cabinets for an extended stay.

Dining & Bar Area: A spacious dining table for 6 and an additional sitting bar area with seating adjoining the kitchen.

The outdoor pool is heated throughout the year (no additional charge for the heating).

A propane tank and BBQ grill in the lanai area is provided.

Fast Wifi and dedicated workspace desk with a printer.

Guest access
You'll have exclusive access to the entire home, except for one locked housekeeping closet.

Big and spacious, Kids couldn't stay out of the pool. It was very fun. Kitchen was perfect, bathrokms are very nice. And the beds felt amazing.

Great Location & Hosts

This is a great property to rent. It is located very close to many attractions and is very comfortable. The hosts are wonderful and very accommodating. We will definitely check availability next time wen need a rental in the area!

Great Place

We were looking to take a couple of days to rest and we got a great place, it was super clean, well stacked up, very organize and a great neighborhood. The property made us feel at home and the communication with the owners was perfect. We had a great stay and looking forward to the next one.

Great Visit!

Fun family trip!

Great two weeks, and our multi-generational family had a wonderful time. Clean, organized, and everything we needed for a truly enjoyable stay. Hosts very responsive to an issue with a broken grill - replaced it immediately and communication regarding this issue was great. We have friends in the area, which made the proximity perfect for us. Love the closeness to beaches! Beautiful spot for anyone looking to enjoy a quiet and peaceful stay in The Rotonda.

This home was absolutely 5 star from entry to exit. The near panoramic view of the patio and pool was absolutely dreamy. The open concept, oversized island and all the intricate design features were top notch This one was definitely hard to leave ..

Peaceful and Relaxing!

Stayed 5 nights while visiting family in the area. My family and I greatly enjoyed the property as it was very clean and exactly as advertised. We all enjoyed spending the sunny February days relaxing and hanging out in the heated pool. The kitchen area and large island are great for cooking and gathering around with the family. Communication with the host was excellent. Will definitely be back the next time we're in the area.

Lovely getaway

This is a lovely property, very nicely furnished, and comfortable. One thing most important to me and what makes me the most comfortable is the cleanliness of the property and this property was exceptionally clean! It was very well kept. The bed linens were very nice, the showers were great. The neighborhood was very nice and very safe. We enjoyed sitting out on the lanai and seeing the wildlife in the backyard coming up from the water behind the property it made for a very relaxing weekend. The property owners were very responsive to any questions we had, and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend staying at this property.
