The location was absolutely perfect and we loved the screened in porch. We were also impressed by the comfortable mattresses. Everybody slept well. The east facing bedroom gets a lot of sun in the morning but we were getting up early anyway so it was not a big deal for us. Nice kitchen with everything we needed. Overall excellent experience!
Hi Richard, thank you for the review and continuing to come back and stay with us. We hope that since you're so happy with your stay that you will leave us a 5 star review as we strive to keep a high score that reflects your glowing review. Thank you.
nice little dock, great parking and plenty of room for boat trailer. screened porch was kinda dirty and screens need work but inside was clean and comfortable.
Great place on the water with 2 kayaks it’s a long paddle to the springs but worth the experience. The area has many restaurant options definitely would stay here again.

Had some issues with the HVAC unit but the property manager was on it fast. The HVAC company worked all day on the 4th of July putting in a new unit. I would stay here again

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, Keith. I know the AC going out was as frustrating for you as it was for us. Thanks for communicating so quickly with us to get it remedied.
The property was in a great area . Very quiet and a nice place to relax. Everything we wanted to do was within a 30min drive. If you want a non touristy experience then this is the place to go!
If you're looking for a weekend getaway without all the hooppla of a touristy town, then this is your place. Quite, remote, scenic, and all around beauty of nature, not to mention some of the best fishing on the nature coast.

Harold, thank you so much for the great review. Can you please contact us as to why you only gave us 3 stars? Our conversations were great and you said that house was perfect. We didn't hear anything negative from you the entire time and you guys were great guests!
Property was clean and easy to get to. Location was good with water view and access to the water. The house was as listed. The location was centrally located on the coast for north and south exploration.
The property was perfect for my weekend stay. Our group rented all five houses on the point. We had four boats so we spent all day on the water and socialized in the evenings. It was a wonderful holiday experience.

Thank you for the great review. This is our newest house and was just renovated so these reviews are so helpful. Thanks again for staying with us!
Wonderful location and good dock space with easy access for our bay boat. The ceiling had some stains and several of the lights need to be replaced. The guests that checked out the morning of the day we checked in apparently broke a bed frame so we slept on a box spring/mattress on the floor as the bed frame was not able to be replaced while we were there. Also, the master shower has one of two doors that did not roll in the track. All that said, the location is perfect and the home is well equipped. We loved our stay and will be back. Good space for our family of 4. Kayaks, BBQ, and other amenities are nice touches.
We booked this property to have extra accommodations while we were visiting other family members in the area. The house is older, but recently renovated. Being an older house located on the water in Florida, it comes with its imperfections, such as a slightly musty odor when we arrived (this mostly dissipated during our stay with use and ventilation). It was clean and very well appointed with all you need in the kitchen. It also had a great back porch with a view of the water that we enjoyed every morning and evening. While we did not have time to use the recreational equipment provided, there were two kayaks, an outdoor grill, and firewood. The house is on a quiet street that is adjacent to a large RV park. There was not much activity while we were there, although I imagine this might pick up during high season. Overall, I would certainly consider this property again when visiting the area.
Overall a very nice stay. There are "little things" that could use attention, things that would cost very little in time and expense. The guest book is a bit tattered and marked up, so print up fresh and updated sheets. You turn on the TV and are presented with 500 channels but no direction on how to find the obvious (local stations, legacy networks, etc) A little tutorial for those of us used to basic cable wouldn't take much. And speaking of internet, the wifi was spotty, dropping frequently. If you're coming here to disconnect from technology, then it's not as big a deal, but it can be annoying. As for the house, again, little things - the main screen door doesn't shut cleanly, the other screen door had the spline coming out. Things that don't take a major undertaking to correct. Bottom line, a very nice stay for someone with a boat and I'll likely book again in the future.
It was great. Perfect location to our friends and family staying at camp n water. Big yard to park and entertain etc. units are not right on top of each other so it feels private and comfortable. Great views from the porch.
