INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.


E-Checks are accepted for advance reservations at no additional charge (15 days prior to check in). All credit card payments will incur a 3.5% convenience fee.

Location location location

Everything was great!!, my only suggestion would be that most condo's/homes we rent have a small supply of pantry items that helps a GREAT Deal!

Bed frames need updating. Accident waiting to happen with the the metal bed frames leg protrude out on each side of bed

Needs some work

Did not have the a lot of things we are used to in a condo, bare minimum of things in kitchen no coffee filters which I left ours but not sure if they stayed after cleaning or not nothing really to cook with only basic dishes. Light in bunk room did not work. Smelled musky when entered the room every time. Bathrooms need a good cleaning, toilet in master ran the whole time. Floor in bathroom stay wet the whole because of moisture, a huge fall risk with children! Loved the location and was quite other then the room the way it was it was a good stay. Wrist bands are junk once you put on you can not loosen them, need to rethink the type of wrist bands

Pricey but only average

Compared to other places we’ve stayed this one was average and kind of pricey for the conditions. All beds were very comfy. Baths were large but there were hairs on the floor at check-in. The garbage disposal smelled like rotten fish. There was a full set of dishes, but cookware was minimal. The pictured grills were so old and dirty we didn’t attempt to use them. We ended up eating dinner out or getting delivery. No remote and tv in the master didn’t seem to work. Note there are no wash cloths provided, only towels that we had to reuse multiple times. Also for a week we were given two trash bags. Most places we’ve stayed had a few pantry essentials, such as coffee filters, but this one does not. I reported the problems near the end of our trip so hopefully they’ll be taken care of for the next person. We didn’t ask for them to be done while we were there because we didn’t want to be bothered. In my opinion thus condo is a little worse for wear and and could use some improvements for the price. Also note you must pay an additional $43 at check in for parking and resort wristbands.
