Charming 170 m² stone house (ground level access) with private pool located under an oak tree , 4 bedrooms, large 49 m² living and dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms including one accessible for people with reduced mobility. Located on the edge of a very quiet hamlet, 10 minutes by car from nearest city: Villefranche-de-Rouergue.
5,000 m² wooded park with direct access to a hiking trail. Accommodates up to 11 people, with the option to add a travel cot for a baby. Garden furniture, barbecue, sun loungers, water games for children and adults (petanque, board games). Many remarkable sites nearby (Abbey of Loc Dieu, Najac, Belcastel, Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, caves, Aveyron gorges...).

Een prachtig huis op een prachtige plek. De ernorm vriendelijke en helpende eigenaresse is de kers op de taart. Zij maakte ons verblijf erg prettig, was goed in de communicatie en hielp ons met van alles en nog wat als we dat vroegen. De omgeving is heerlijk mooi, rustig en ontspannend. Voor natuur/astronomiefhebbers een prachtige plek. Een aanrader dus!!

Merveilleux séjour !

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cette grande maison, spacieuse entourée d'un jardin immense à la campagne. Situation au calme et repos garantis en famille. Terrasse, salon de jardin, transats et barbecue invitent au farniente. Villefranche de Rouergue est à moins de 10 min et la région offre de nombreuses découvertes !
