Ensoleillée enjoys a clear view and as its name suggests it sunshine optimized by its location in the middle of a green area of 2000m2.
This allows you to swim in a swimming pool flooded with sun at any time.
For the construction tradition and modernity cohabit harmoniously; The most noble materials were used with the know-how of the craftsmen of the region (oak wood, stone, tiles channel of recovery, lime ..) and for a maximum of clarity our choice fell on big bays glass; the living rooms are pleasantly prolonged by the terrace, the swimming pool and the exteriors.
The village with its shops, restaurants, its market is accessible on foot in 5mm
Many marked hiking trails and mountain biking on the property line.

Amazing stay in Caylus

We stayed here for one week and the house was very nice in all aspects. Spacious, good equipped, nice interiour, large garden and swimming pool. The host was very friendly and helpfull and made us feel very welcome. I would recommend this to anyone I know!

Cette location représentait exactement ce que nous recherchions, une maison vaste avec du charme, un coin tranquille et calme, une belle piscine et de jolis extérieurs pour profiter au maximum. Le tout dans une région que nous ne connaissions pas, riche de beaucoup de coin à visiter. Cerise sur le gâteau Bernard et Geneviève (les propriétaires) étaient au petits soins pour nous garantir le meilleur séjour possible. Bref des vacances parfaites pour nous.

Sauberes Haus, freundliche Kommunikation

Unser Aufenthalt mit 4 Kindern war gut. Das Haus war sauber, die Kommunikation und Hilfsbereitschaft der Eigentümer ist hervorzuheben. Die Küche hatte jegliches Inventar welches man benötigt um zu kochen. Was für uns ein Minuspunkt war, dass es keine Mückengitter vor den Fenstern unten gab und keine Klimaanlage. Die Nächte waren tropisch und beim öffnen der Fenster wurde man von Mücken zerstochen. Deshalb waren die Nächte leider nicht erholsam. Der Pool ist sehr groß sowie das gesamte Gelände. Super war auch, dass es ein Carport für das Auto gab.

vacances reposantes à Caylus

Nous avons de formidables vacances chez Geneviève et Bernard. Propriétaires disponibles et sympas (nid de guêpe anéantis le jour même, médecins recommandés..table de ping pong gentiment prêtée) La piscine est très agréable, nous avons beaucoup aimé le grand espace autour de la maison et les soirées au calme avec bbq et plancha. L'endroit peut paraitre isolé mais il y a beaucoup à faire autour -(à 15/20 mn de route) Notamment : saint Antonin kayac et accrobranche, la grotte du Bosc, la randonnée de la gourge, les marchés etc. Un grand merci à vous Geneviève et Bernard, nous avons passé un excellent séjour!

Lovely relaxing location.

We stayed here as two families and found the villa had everything we needed. The swimming pool was definitely the highlight. The hosts were very friendly and always helpful. Caylus was a quiet but lovely town. Would highly recommend a visit to St Antonin sur Noble for the market, selection of restaurants and the gorge for kayaking. The weather was particularly hot and some air-con in the house would have been welcome although this did not spoil our holiday.

Dans un cadre verdoyant, aux abords de bois et prairies, nous avons passé avec notre groupe d'amis un séjour très apaisant et ressourçant. A à peine 2 km à pied du centre de Caylus, bien à l'écart de la départementale qui traverse ce magnifique village, nous avons pu profiter du calme des lieux, de la très belle demeure de Mr et Mme Couderq.

Superbes vacances

Logement propre et lumineux, décorer avec soin. Maison très spacieuse, literie confortable. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour un enfant de 2 ans. Notre fils a vite pris ses marques. Les 2 terrasses en extérieur sont bien agréables. La piscine est grande, on a en bien profité. Nous avons été reçu avec beaucoup de bienveillance et de gentillesse. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement. Merci aux propriétaires pour notre séjour d'une semaine .

Well equipped villa with great outside area

This property is in a quiet area with only a couple of houses nearby. The hosts are friendly and helpful and have thought of everything you could need in the villa. The pool is large enough for proper swimming. Caylus has one nice restaurant and a couple of pizza places and is only 20 minutes from St Antonin Noble Val, our favourite town in the area where there are many lovely places to eat. Thank you.

A lovely time in France

The location of the property isn't clear in the description and we were surprised to find that there is a very steep walk down to Caylus and back up to the house. This made it difficult for one of our party to access the town without the use of a car. The house is beautiful but we did also have a slight problem with the pool. The pool lights didn't work and we also had an issue with the clarity of the pool water and were unable to use for a day. The owners are lovely and tried to resolve the issue.

Très bonnes prestations pour cette jolie villa en campagne et proche toutes commodités, très bien équipée et bien située pour visiter la région . Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’espace baignade et le jardin clos pour les enfants. Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires. Des vacances entre amis avec des enfants ( soit 10 )chacun possède son intimité tellement la maison est bien conçu. Proche de très jolie village. Il fait aussi très bon se reposer au bord de la piscine. Un cadre verdoyant et très calme. Possibilité de faire de bonne randonnées. Bref un séjour qui donne qu'une envie celle de ne pas repartir ou alors prendre les plan de la maison et construire la même 😀 J'ai oublié de parler des propriétaires qui sont plus qu'agréable et disponible un petit déjeuner offert qui est très pratique pour le lendemain de l'arrivée. Un accent qui vous donne envie de rester avec eux. Merci pour leur accueil. Des gens extraordinaire. N'hésitez pas vous serez pas déçu.

Très bel accueil par les propriétaires, une bouteille de rouge déposée dans la cuisine ainsi que le petit déjeuner pour le lendemain. Des conseils avisés fournis pour notre séjour. Nous avons adoré le lieu et les environs. Les photos ne mentent pas, ce que j'ai dit de vive-voix aux propriétaires. Du très haut standing pour le prix à la semaine demandée. Nous ne pouvons que conseiller cette location !
