The house, located in a quiet area, is 100 m2 with swimming pool on a plot of 700 m2. You have the beach 900m away accessible on foot or in 5 minutes by bike, the cycle path passes in front of the house. You have all shops at 200m: bakery, butcher, fishmonger, newsagent, mini-market 7 days a week, pizzeria...

The accommodation is made up as follows:
INSIDE:
Ground floor:
- Living room of 40 m2 with TV and WIFI
- Equipped kitchen: Fridge freezer, gas hob, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster
- 1 bathroom with bathtub
- 1 separate toilet
- 1 bedroom with a 160x200 bed (storage cupboard)

upstairs:
- 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90x190 cm
1 bathroom with shower and toilet

OUTSIDE:
- an enclosed garden
- a 60 M2 terrace with garden furniture and dining table
- a 6x3.5 m swimming pool 1.50 m deep + submerged deck

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour ! La maison était parfaite : bien équipée, bien décorée, bien située dans un environnement très calme. Mention spéciale à Sophie , la propriétaire, un rayon de soleil de bienveillance . Un accueil des plus chaleureux avec des délicates attentions. Des précieux conseils pour l’organisation de certaines visites ! Nous avons apprécié cette quinzaine dans ce petit cocon . Le grand plus la sublime terrasse et la piscine !!! Aucune hésitation à avoir !

Une belle maison très agréable comme chez soi avec le plus : la piscine. Un grand merci à la propriétaire qui nous a très bien accueilli lors de notre arrivée et est très arrangeante et réactive pour des renseignements si besoin. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine !

Chouette maison

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine avec nos deux ados dans la maison de Sophie. Celle-ci est très bien située, proche des plages, Bayonne, Hendaye ,Biarritz, l'Espagne, etc... La piscine et la grande terrasse très bien orientées sont top, la maison est propre, spacieuse et très bien équipée. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Sophie qui est très sympathique et qui a tout fait pour que notre séjour soit réussi 😊

De fabuleuses vacances

Très belle maison, confortable, bien équipée avec un beau jardin, une belle piscine et située proche de la plage. Tout est réuni pour passer d'excellentes vacances sans compter l'extreme gentillesse de Sophie et sa famille. C'est presque certain que nous y reviendrons car le pays basque nous manque déjà.

Ça sera avec un grand plaisir que je les accueillerai à nouveau avec j'espère la joie de vous rencontrer directement (mon frère qui a gentiment géré le bon déroulement du séjour ne partage que des éloges) .
