Slack Tide Vacation House

NOTICE: House is new construction and will be complete by June 1st. 2025. To insure that the house is 100% ready for our guests, we are not opening up rental until the week after July 4th. Instead of showing no pictures of the house, we decided to share some of our photos though our build process of this home. Pictures will be updated towards the beginning of June once the house is fully furnished!

Located in Mexico Beach on N28th Street, enjoy what this 5-bedroom house has to offer. Great for large families or several families vacationing together.

Bed/Bath:
Downstairs - King Master bed/bath
Upstairs - King Master bed/bath, Queen bed/bath, 2nd Queen Room, Full bath, Bunk Room with 4 twin beds
Both King masters have full walk-in showers. One queen bedroom has its own bathroom, and the other shares a 4th full bath with the bunk room. Full Laundry room is located upstairs as well. Guests will have plenty of room to relax in the large open kitchen/living/dining area. From this space, walk out the backdoor to a large screened porch looking over the pool area.

Inside:
Everything is whitewashed shiplap walls and stained tongue and groove ceilings with no sheetrock, giving this home a unique old beach house feel with all of the modern amenities. The kitchen features a large island and plenty of counterspace to cook for large groups. Fully stocked with stainless cookware, knives, cooking bowls, etc.

Outside:
Large gunite pool with a large sun shelf perfect for smaller kids or for someone looking to relax in the heat. There is plenty of parking available in front and down the right-hand side of the house with enough room for boat/trailer parking as well. Bring your boat with you and enjoy a 2min ride to the local boat ramp.

Near By:
The Slack Tide House is located in one of the best areas in Mexico Beach for several reasons. It is off the main road enough that you have peace and quiet, the beach is just a short walk, and there are several of Mexico Beaches favorite spots just within walking distance.
