There are 3 security cameras outdoors (one by the front door, back yard and side of the house) this is to help deter guest from having big crowds and parties at the house.

It’s also to help increase security for both guest and my neighbors.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The house was the perfect size to accommodate our Family of 5. The fireplace was a nice added touch on a rainy day and easy to use. Convenient location in Denver for getting around town .

The place was great! We are here for our wedding and the place accommodated everyone very well. Plenty of bedrooms, restrooms, large kitchen and 2 living room spaces. Very very comfortable

It was a quick trip to drop my granddaughter off at college but the house was so comfortable and clean. It helped us to have a place close to school and a place to spread out and relax. Will definitely stay here again if it’s available!

We absolutely loved this place! Open floor plan so you could still spread out a little and not be isolated. There were only 3 of us in our group but there are four full bedrooms and three full baths so it was extremely comfortable and easy to get ready in the morning. Nana was easy to get ahold of and is a most gracious host. If you have a group of five or more this would be a perfect place for you. Smaller groups too as we really enjoyed our stay. We were here a week and had no issues with anything. We return to Denver every fall so will definitely be looking at this place again for our next visit. Thanks again for everything, Nana!!

Place was clean and ready for us. Kitchen well stocked for our needs. Could use a little more variety on Kcup options but that is just me being picky. Great location, used the back deck for some evening time. Plenty of towels for all and lots of TVs too. A huge TV in the main room. One evening we enjoyed the use of the fireplace. Nice added perk. The house was clean and spacious. Nana was quick to respond and pleasant to deal with. Everything we needed was available. One issue was the smoke alarm went off every morning at 5 am! No clue as to why...came on then turned off after 2-3 minutes. Despite the alarm, we definitely would recommend others to rent and would stay here again. Thank you.
