The house is composed on the ground floor of an independent and equipped kitchen with electric and gas hobs, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, an oven, a filter coffee maker, a kettle, a citrus press, a dishwasher and all necessary kitchen equipment. A dining room, a TV lounge, a bathroom and two double bedrooms (140 beds) complete this level.



The upstairs has a room with two double beds of 140 and a toilet-WC. Then a dormitory with three single beds of 90 (AVAILABLE FROM JUNE TO SEPTEMBER). In the basement, you have a double room (140 bed). A shower cabin and an independent WC accessible through the garage complete the rental.



At your disposal are a small additional refrigerator, a hairdryer, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and ironing board, outdoor furniture and a charcoal barbecue. You have four outdoor parking spaces.
