Penthouse in first beach location with sea views. Renovated 2015 Penthouse apartment is located in the resort Atlanterra - Playa directly on the beach, which starts just behind the generous garden. From the balcony adjacent to the living room and from the roof terrace gerauemigen you have a wonderful sea view can watch the Thunfischfaendern and enjoy a beautiful view along the approximately 10 km long coast to the Leutturm Trafalgar. The apartment has two bedrooms - bathroom, as well as an extra sleeping in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. In the very kept garden with a swimming pool (from 15th June to 15th September) are a paddle - tennis courts and a playground. A garage and a lift are also part of the apartment, including air conditioning, WiFi, satellite TV in German and Spanish.
The small fishing village Zahara is situated on one of the finest sandy beach of Andalucia surrounded by a beautiful mountain scenery. The charming Anda suckers cities of Seville, Cadiz and Tarifa, and "The Rock" - Gibraltar and the white villages of Medina Sidonia and Vejer de la Frontera invite you to Daily trips. Shops and restaurants are located nearby.

Tolle Strandwohnung mit herrlichem Ausblick

Die sehr geräumige, über zwei Stockwerke reichende Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet wunderbare Meerblicke von Balkon und von der riesigen Dachterrasse aus. Kommunikation verlief super, man wird beim Check-in persönlich begrüßt und auch für Fragen während des Aufenthalts ist die Verwalterin immer schnell erreichbar. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und die Strände sind herrlich. Jetzt im Juni gab es auch einmal täglich eine direkte Busverbindung (Comes) bis Sevilla. Ein toller Aufenthalt, sehr empfehlenswert!

Sonnenuntergänge auf dem Meer von der Terrasse aus!

Riesiger Gebäudekomplex mit Tiefgarage, Aufzug von dort zur Wohnung. Diese hat einen schönen Balkon und riesige Dachterrasse mit Sonnenuntergang über dem Meer bei gutem Wetter. Sehr schöner Strand nur 200m. Reines Urlaubsgebiet mit guter Infrastruktur. Supermarkt nur 1 km entfernt. Wir waren Ende Februar fast alleine in dem Gebäudekomplex, daher sehr ruhig.

Komfortables Apartment mit Meerblick in Atlanterra

Absolut perfekt für einen Strandurlaub, Strandlaken und Strandliegen vorhanden. Sehr schönes, sauberes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartment mit 2 Terrassen mit Meerblick, ideal für Frühstück und Sundowner. Sehr freundlicher und unkomplizierter Kontakt zur deutschsprachigen Vermieterin. Ein kleines Problem wurde sehr schnell gelöst. Die Vermieterin ist jederzeit zu erreichen was ein großer Vorteil in Spanien ist. Alles in allem hatten wir eine traumhafte Zeit! Sehr zu empfehlen!!

Viele Höhen und Tiefen

Anreise war nervernd. Navigation über whatsup mit unnötigen Zusatzwegen und Ungenauigkeiten. Wohnung gut, die Dachterrasse und der Balkon wurde nicht genutzt, da Vögel ihren Kot verteilten.Fatal war die Abreiseinfo der Vermieterin: " Sie können die Wohnung verlassen und die Schlüssel in die Wohnung legen. Grosses Problem: Hier handelt es sich um ein abgezäunten Wohnkomplex, für den man zum Verlassen den Schlüssel der Garagenausfahrt brauchte bzw. den Schlüssel für das Fussgängertor benötigte.Glücklicherweise konnten wir Reinigungspersonal der Anlage ansprechen, die uns zur Ausfahrt aus der Anlage das Garagentor öffneten. Wäre z.B. unser Flieger morgens gegangen, sodass wir in der Nacht die Wohnung verlassen müssen, wäre die Schlüsselübergabe ein echtes Problem gewesen. Hier muss logistisch unbedingt nachgebessert werden!

Océano y Playa a tus pies

Hemos disfrutado mucho de la terraza-solarium, tomando el sol con una panorámica fabulosa de la playa y el océano. Vistas espectaculares de los acantilados de Barbate y faro de Trafalgar a lo lejos en el horizonte. El ático está muy bien equipado y situado, dispone de todas las comodidades incluso plaza de garaje privada y ascensor. Se encuentra dentro de una urbanización con amplias zonas verdes y de entretenimiento: piscina, pista de padel, parque infantil, etc. con salida directa a la playa. Tanto la anfitriona como la persona encargada de recibirnos fueron muy amables y nos facilitaron la llegada y la salida. Ha sido una experiencia genial y hemos estado encantados.

Apartamento con vistas al mar

Magnifica estancia, con una gran recepción por parte del personal encargado de la limpieza. El apartamento ofrece unas vistas espectaculares al mar con una gran terraza en el ático y aire acondicionado en ambos niveles. La propietaria es muy atenta y educada. ¡Nos hemos ido quedándonos con ganas de más! Un Atico de lujo en primera linea de playa

El Atico duplex estaba fenomenal, tiene todo lo que necesitas como si ya estuviera viviendo allí alguien. Decorado con gusto y en una ubicación excepcional, apenas dos minutos caminando a la playa pues esta en primerísima linea. Ves el mar desde los dos pisos 4º y 5º (Atico) del duplex

Vacaciones perfectas

Hemos estado super a gusto en el apartamento que es súper cómodo y esta súper bien equipado (aire acondicionado, lavadora, lavavajillas, microondas, utensilios de cocina, etc) con una piscina increíble y a pie de playa. Restaurantes y supermercados a pie y un ambiente muy familiar. Justo lo que estábamos buscando! Repetiríamos sin dudar. Lo recomiendo al 100%.

A lovely apartment and in season would be an ideal place to stay. However, as it was out of season the whole complex was empty and surrounding utilities closed. Had we been forewarned that the whole area was closed due to end of season we would have chosen a different place to stay.

Großzügiges Appartement mit Meerblick direkt am Strand

Auch im August nicht überlaufen, tolle Außenanlagen mit sehr großem pool. Stand-Zugang direkt hinter der Anlage. Stand sehr sauber mit chiringuito und lifeguard. Einige Restaurants in laufentfernung. Zahara mit vielen restaurants, Eisdielen und bars ist allerdings zu weit um dort hin zu laufen. Parkplätze in zahara sind aber für 2€ pro Abend genügend vorhanden. In der Anlage waren im August fast ausschließlich Spanier. Das Appartement geht über 2 Etagen mit schöner großer Dachterasse mit Blick auf das Meer. Appartement sehr gut ausgestattet mit viel Geschirr, performantem wlan und 2 bädern. Leider gab es am Anfang für 2 Tage kein warmes Wasser (verkalkte Rohre), Isabel hat sich darum aber sehr schnell gekümmert und einen Installateur kommen lassen.

Duplex ático acogedor con todas las comodidades. La urbanización tiene zonas comunes con una piscina enorme, otra para niños y pistas de Padel. Espectacular. Muy bonita. La playa muy cerca, primera línea, muy limpia y espaciosa. Zona muy tranquila, ideal para familias con niños pequeños. Disfrutamos mucho!!!

wunderschönes Penthouse mit allem was man braucht - inklusive Dachterrasse mit Meerblick

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Küche war recht neu und mit allem ausgerüstet. Der Induktionsherd war fantastisch schnell. Es waren Strandtücher und klappbare Liegen für den Pool/Strand und ein Sonnenschirm für den Strand vorhanden. Oben hatte man viel Platz, um die Wäsche aufzuhängen. Mir fällt nichts ein, was uns gefehlt haben könnte. Über WhatsApp gingen die Fragen und Antworten sehr schnell und herzlich. Von der Assistentin erhält man dann vor Ort die Schlüssel. Die Restaurants hatten Anfang September auch noch geöffnet. Zahara ist mit dem Wagen schnell zu erreichen und man kann dort oder auch in Barbate einkaufen. Alles in allem - einfach toll !! Vielen Dank nochmals an Isabel

Perfecto!!!

El apartamento es estupendo, te sientes como en tu propia casa, No le falta detalle ... y eso hace que no quieras que tus vacaciones acaben nunca :) Me atrevería a decir que encontrarás cualquier utensilio de cocina que necesites ( desde una cazuela a una batidora de varillas) ... y para el funcionamiento diario de la casa igual, (desde una linterna a unos prismáticos, luz de lectura en todas las habitaciones). Dispone de dos terrazas, ambas con buenas vistas al mar, a destacar una de ellas que es un solarium maravilloso en el que puedes hacer todo lo que puedas imaginar (desde tomar el sol, tender la ropa, desayunar en la mesa, jugar con los peques, etc...). Zonas comunes muy buenas. La comunicación con la propietaria es fluida, y siempre atenta a lo que puedas necesitar. Ha sido un placer ... esperamos repetir lo antes posible.
