Private: small garden 1'000 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (5 x 11 m, depth 150 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 06.May. - 30.Sep.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. In the house: air conditioning, washing machine. Linen change weekly (suppl. charge extra). Towel change weekly (suppl. charge extra). Motor access to the house (150 m via unmade road). Parking at the house at 30 m. Shop 2 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 500 m. Golf course (18 hole) 20 km. Nearby attractions: Certaldo 8 km, Monteriggioni 11 km, Barberino Val D'elsa 26 km, San Donato in poggio 36 km, Siena 55 km, Firenze 59 km. Please note: car recommended.
