This is a great house in a great, safe neighborhood. Lots of families walking around and very close to a park. The outdoor fireplace and eating area is even better than pictured and described. The sun room is an excellent bonus area. If one thing could be improved it would be that the walls could use to have all nail holes filled and a fresh coat of paint.

We were impressed with the cleanliness of the property. We had an issue with the dishwasher, but a new one was installed very quickly to our satisfaction. The host was very helpful and responsive! We are looking forward to a possible return next year.

Great pet friendly location

The property was as described. The fenced yard was perfect for our two dogs. We spent 90% of our time in the sunroom. It was great that we could open windows on a nice day and also had heat and air conditioning for cold/hot days. Neighborhood was quiet and there was plenty of food and shopping choices in the area.

Very nice except for mattresses and getting in

Clean, well furnished and kitchen well appointed. Master shower outstanding! Would have given this a much higher rating if the beds had been comfortable. Mattresses were thin. All adults had backaches in the morning after sleeping on them. Also, keypad confusing. Couldn't get in after numerous tries. Did not have my computer to be able to pull up contact info. Waited for VRBO customer service for over a half hour to find out how to contact someone for further instructions. After a while I walked back to door and tried keypad some more and finally got in. Don't know how long it would have taken to get assistance.

Thank you for your feedback on the mattress, They are not top brand. Even though most of our customers find them comfortable , I know for people with back issues, they are not ideal. We already planned to upgrade all of them by end of this year. I’m sorry we didn’t get the chance to do so before your trip. But I do hope we could host you and your group again, with much better mattresses. Thank you! Ting

We were very pleased with all aspects of the property. Very clean with plenty of room for our family. The well-stocked kitchen was appreciated as we prepared food to take to a family reunion nearby. The park (almost next-door) with a fenced dog play area was very convenient .
