Imagine waking up to the beach sunrise every morning in the heart of Ponte Vedra Beach. Stay with us, and see the ocean from every room in the house! This beautiful and spacious, over 5,600 square foot home is directly on the beach. Walk out the back door and onto the beach in seconds! This is the perfect escape for families. Ideally situated between the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club and The Lodge - only a few minute walk. Walk to tennis, golf and the Ponte Vedra Inn and Club. There are 100 holes of golf and a professional tennis center within 3 miles of the house, including the TPC, ATP, Sawgrass, Marsh Landing, and Pablo Creek! Also, an easy 10 minute drive to the Mayo Clinic.

Each of the six bedrooms has its own full bathroom. The upstairs and downstairs master bedrooms have a king bed and a private porch, and the upstairs master bathroom includes shower, walk-in closet, and double vanity with dressing table. The downstairs master bedroom and den can be turned into a two-bedroom suite, and downstairs master bathroom has jacuzzi tub, separate shower, walk-in closet, double vanity with dressing table and private courtyard with outdoor hot/cold shower. The brand new den sofa pulls out to a fully made-up Sealy Posturepedic queen sized bed. The den has a full bathroom attached and so can be used as a private bedroom.

A two-story living room has floor-to-ceiling windows for tons of natural light and three sets of french doors to bring in the ocean breeze. The kitchen has two dishwashers, two refrigerators, oven, microwave/convection oven and everything you need for great, healthy meals. To enjoy the meals, choose between the breakfast area, full dining area (with seating for 10 plus 4 at a smaller table) and outside table and chairs.

A large back patio is the ideal place to sit and listen to the ocean anytime day or night. One of our favorite activities is combing the beach for seashells and sharks teeth. You also have access to beach towels, chairs, toys and boogie boards. Everything you need to enjoy the perfect beach.

The perfect vacation rental

We had the best time! The home was big and spacious which was perfect for our group of 6 plus two kids. Every bedroom has its own bathroom! The home is right on the beach and close to many restaurants. We are already wanting to make plans to rent again.

We stayed here with our 2 young kids. Mia was very responsive and the house was awesome for us. Right on the beach with tons of beachtoys for the kids. Also we really appreciated the cable package and having disney channel for the kids! Double dish washer and washer/dryers was a huge plus as well.

We had a wonderful family vacation at 341 PV Blvd. Perfect weather; and the house served as a wonderful gathering spot. The large well equipped kitchen and the back porch were well utilized for our crowd from age 2 to 68. This was our second year and appreciate the upgrades the owners made. Hope to return in 2020!

Absolutely a fabulous home and week at the beach

Our family so enjoyed this beautiful oceanfront home. The kitchen and family room were so conducive to cooking and interacting as a family at the same time. The bedrooms were perfect. The walk down to the beach was so easy over the small dune (no steps to navigate with chairs and umbrellas). We loved finding sharks teeth and comparing our treasures. Our overall experience

Wonderful home in a great location! Had a fabulous time! Kids enjoyed the sand toys and the beach chairs were great. The doors to the beach were a little hard to open for the little ones but not a big deal. Loved the double refrigerators and the kitchen amenities. Overall experience was perfect. Look forward to coming back!

Great beach setting

Large house, plenty of room for all to stay including a family dog. It was a great place for a family reunion. Beautiful spot on the beach. The furniture and rugs were worn and in some cases dirty. I had to put my "camper" hat on to feel comfortable. Others might be less comfortable in that setting.

We got there in the end.

A little mix up at the beginning but this property and location are fantastic. The house accommodates a large group easily. The construction next door will be finished soon and rarely did it bother us. This is a beach house- it isn’t brand new or contemporary which is what our family likes. It is lived in. We absolutely love the Ponte Vedra feel. Shops around are fun for a day out. Capps is a great dining spot. Publix and Target are nearby. We would definitely stay again.
