Private: property 5'000 m2 (fenced), beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 06.May. - 30.Sep.). WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, volleyball, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Linen change (suppl. charge extra). Bumpy, narrow motor access (2 km via unmade road, mountain road). Parking at the house. Supermarket 10 km, restaurant 2 km, railway station "Fabro Scalo" 10 km, thermal baths "Chianciano" 38 km, bathing lake "Trasimeno" 45 km. Nearby attractions: Città Della Pieve 25 km, Cetona 26 km, Orvieto 50 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Near the swimming pool there is a separate house equipped with a kitchen/living room with 2 sleeping possibilities. The space is ideal for having lunch being close to the pool. The Villa is located in a remote area down long a countryside road (2km) made of gravel and not paved (it is best to avoid driving low cars). SUV car suggested.

Talo sijaitsee todella upealla paikalla, jonka näkymistä nauttii ja palanen sydäntäkin jäi sinne! Voisin tulla uudestaan. Asunto on siisti ja oli puhdas. Keittiö toimi kainpuolin. Uima-allas oli nuorison mielestä vähän matala, se olisi voinut olla puhtaampi. Keräsi roskaa ja pohjasta hankala puhdistaa. Kannattaa tulla ehdottomasti Parranon kautta! Viimeinen 1.5 km vähän haasteellinen tie, mutta onnistuu. Hyvät kaupat 35 min päässä.

Rustig gelegen oud vakantiehuis
Fijn huis, met goede ligging. De laatste 2 km (nogal heuvelachtige grindweg) ernaar toe zit vol keien en kuilen. De banken in de woonkamer en het zitje op het terras zijn niet echt comfortabel. Jammer dat er geen tuintafel en tuinstoelen zijn op het terras om buiten te eten. De bank/tafel onder de bomen wil je hier liever niet voor gebruiken. De douchekoppen zaten vol kalk, moesten we eerst omwisselen en ontkalken. Pads voor de Nespresso machine waren er niet (is ook niet gebruikelijk). De koelkastdeur in de keuken kan niet helemaal open, en dus de groentelade ook niet. Sommige deuren sluiten niet en een aantal luiken klemmen. Verder is het een fijn huis. Het buitenleven maakt veel goed. Op de foto's ziet het er wel mooier uit, dan het in werkelijkheid is. Aanbeveling: grote verplaatsbare ventilator. De klantvriendelijkheid en service van Interhome (zowel Italie als Nederland) zijn uitstekend.

Dom polozony na szczycie gory , piekne widoki,cisza spokoj , sielanka. Bardzo blisko malenkie stare miasteczko Parrano z bankomatem poczta apteka sklepem i stacja benzynowa . Do najblizszej restauracji okolo 10 km samochodem , miejscowosc Fabro , w niej rowniez xx . Blisko do Rzymu , Florencji , Perugii , Asyżu , Orvietto, polecam Sarteano ☺️ Jeden malenki Minusik dojazd do posiadlosci od asfaltu , sa dwie drogi obie kłopotliwe .
